Brisbane Audtions - Recap

For the third of the audition episodes, Idol heads up to sunny Brisbane. After a the scariest rendition of ACDC's Thunderstruck, things are looking grim for the sunshine state. After discovering that most of the auditionees aren't from Brisbane but from the way more glamorous Gold Coast, a few get through. The Steele Brothers from far north Queensland have a mixed decision with one through and one not, a couple of mothers of contestants get irate that their kids have been told the truth, and just when you think its all over a contestant who doesn't know if he can sing or not gets through. A further 18 in total get through to the Top 100 Round in Sydney.
