  Episode Notes
Azula calls Zuko 'Zuzu'.

During the flashback of the other Avatars, we see a female Airbender, and she has hair.

Opener- Aang dreaming about his past experiences in the Avatar state.

In this episode we learn that Aang's glowing while in the Avatar State is a sign of all the past Avatars channeling themselves through Aang. If Aang was to die while in the Avatar State, the Avatar cycle would end.

  Episode Quotes
General Fong: Avatar. You're ready to face the Fire Lord now.
Aang: What? No I'm not!

Azula: Almost isn't good enough.

Tea Guy: This rare, chee enhancing tea is a natural stimulent. In an ordinary warrior it improves strength and energy ten-fold. In you, it may induce the Avatar State
Aang: Ten-fold energy huh? (drinks tea and his eyebrow wiggles)
(scene switches to Aang zooming around on his air scooter)
Aang: (in a really fast, squeaky, annoying voice) Is it working, is it working, I can't tell! Somebody tell me if I'm in the Avatar State because I don't have a good view of myself, am I talking to loud?!
Sokka: (sarcastically) I guess he could talk the Fire Lord to death
(Aang crashes into Pole)

Aang: (hugging Katara after coming out of hte Avatar State) I'm sorry Katara. I hope you never have to see me like that again
General Fong: Ha! Are you joking? That was almost perfect! We just have to find out a way to control you when you're like that.
Aang: You're out of your mind.
General Fong: I guess we'll figure it out on our way over to the Fire Nation
Sokka: (rides over on bird-horse and hits Fong with his stick and knocks him out) Anybody got a problem with that?
(other soldiers shake their head)

Iroh: (walks over to where Zuko is sitting, alone) I see. It's the Anniversary, isn't it?
Zuko: Three years ago today I was banished. I lost it all. I want it back. I want the Avatar, I want my honor, my throne. I want my father not to think I'm worthless.
Iroh: I'm sure he doesn't. Why would he banish you if he didn't care?

Zuko: Father...regrets?
