Clock King seals the Dynamic Duo inside a huge hourglass, there to suffocate as grains of sand fall on them! Leaving them to their fate, he goes to rob the home of millionaire Bruce Wayne. There he intends to recover an atomic activator switch mistakenly put in a rigged clock, and to steal Wayne's collection of rare pocket watches!
