Batman: Penguin Is a Girl's Best Friend (1)

The Penguin tricks Batman into ruining a scene from The Penguin's movie. It's all part of a plan to blackmail Batman into taking part in that movie, positioning the caped crusader to be smitten with Marsha, Queen of Diamonds. Marsha's Aunt Hilda has brewed a love potion, and Marsha has concealed a dose in her lipstick! Meanwhile The Penguin steals several suits of armor made from a rare alloy from the Museum of Antiquities - just the first part in his master plan...

Episode Quotes
Marsha, Queen Of Diamonds: I trust you're going to enjoy this scene, Batman, darling.
Batman: I made a bargain with Penguin and I never break my world.
Marsha, Queen Of Diamonds: Bargain? Why, half the men in the world would fight to be kissed by Marsha, Queen of Diamonds.
Batman: They certainly wouldn't have to fight me.
Marsha, Queen Of Diamonds: What an appalling lack of enthusiasm, darling. But don't worry, I have an enough enthusiasm for both of us.

Marsha, Queen Of Diamonds: Aunt Hilda, have you been robbing graveyards again?
Aunt Hilda: Oh, no, deary. I left off that 20 years ago when I was chemistry professor at Vassar until I quit.
Marsha, Queen Of Diamonds: Don't you mean until you were fired?
Aunt Hilda: A term I find most unappealing, deary.

Narrator: The Caped Crusaders to end smashed flat? While Pengy's cameras record the splat? Et tu, Pengy? Friends, Romans, Countrymen, find out next week! Same Bat-Time, Same Bat-Channel!!!
