Derek Powers took over Bruce Wayne's company Wayne Enterprises. One of his first acts was to fire Lucis Fox jr, the former vice president and he also renamed the company WaynePowers and turned it into a military weapons facilitator.
Then, after having his assistant Mr. Fixx murder Warren McGinnis, Batman came after the CEO. While fighting off Batman, Batman threw a container of nerve gas at Derek which, he shot at causing a hole to be created and get breathed in through his lungs. Then, after doses of Radiation he became the criminal known as Blight.
Then, while at a meeting, Derek's anger caused him to turn into Blight which exposed his identity. His son Paxton betrayed him and tried to kill him. Then, Batman saved Paxton and all of his goons except for Derek himself, who sank down to the bottom of Gotham bay to never be seen again. It is unknown if he survived or not. |

Jack is the son of Queen and the son of the King. He is also Ten’s brother. Jack is in this life of crime for the money, and he feels that his father’s vendetta with Batman is just stupid. Jack would sell his family out for a buck, since he does this only for the money.
Don’t be fooled though… He doesn’t like Batman that much… |

The King had once been one of Batman’s (Bruce Wayne) villains. The King swore revenge on the Dark Knight after he humiliated his gang. The King returned to Gotham City with his family to take down Batman once and for all. But, his daughter fell in love with his enemy. The King was not all pleased with her behaviour and a barier rose between him and Ten.
The King still hates Batman and continues to try and destroy him. |

Queen is the loving wife of King. While sometimes she feels that his hatred towards Batman will one day get them all killed, she continues to love him. She stands by him through the worst of times.
Queen’s wepon of choice is a staff that can electrocute somebody, or shoot beams of electricity at people. This wepon comes in handy while in battle.
Queen does not feel the same hatred for Batman as her husband does. |

Ten is the daughter of the King, and the daughter of the Queen. Ten is also Jack’s sister. Melaine met Terry twice. Once when the two of them where in costumes, and once when they where not in costumes. Melanie became Terry’s newest love intrest as soon as Dana and him broke up. However, their relationship did not last long, as he life as Ten took over her life as Melanie. The two still have many feelings for each other and miss each other very much.
Ten believes that what her family does is wrong. She doesn’t always approve of what they do, but her loyalty to her father out-weighs their good intentions. Melanie is both a villain and an ally of Terry. |

One night, while trying to steal from the Ace Chemical Plant, Jack Naipier ran into the Batman. After putting up a struggle, Batman accidentally pushed Joker over a rail and caused him to land in a vat of chemicals. The chemicals had bleached the Joker's skin and hair. Since then, Batman and the Joker had been arch enemies.
The Joker also had a romantic relationship with Harley Quinn.
Then, Joker and Harley ambushed Robin, and turned him into a Joker "jr" of some sorts since the couldn't adopt a baby legally. Batman and the Joker had a very long fight, and the Joker had seemed to beat Batman. The Joker asked Robin to murder Batman, but in a turn of events was shot by Robin and then died.
The Joker then returned using Tim Drake's body thanks to a micro-chip that he put on Tim's neck. Terry saved Tim's life and re-murdered the Joker. |

Mad Stan is just your average maniac. Mad Stan rebels against the government, or anything that he thinks is a government conspiracy. However, he also sometimes commits crimes that aren’t related to the government, something that he feels is wrong.
While he thinks he is doing good deeds, Mad Stan is putting lives at risk and that is what puts him at the top of Batman’s most dangerous villains list. |

Ra's Al Gul is immortal thanks to a thing called the Lazarus pits. He has a daughter named Talia and once had a very loyal assistant named Ubu. Ra's travels the world and has hopes of one day preserving the world, with him as ruler. Ra's wants to save the world from man-kind but he is far from being a savior.
During the "Near Apocalypse of '09" Ra's seemingly died. However, Talia died and Ra's took over her body, and had inhabited it for many years. But, Ra's wanted a new body so he decided to use the Lazarus pit's powers to bring Bruce back to his physical prime so he could have a strong body to live in. He did not count on having Bruce rescued by Terry. Terry and Bruce managed to escape Ra's fortress, but Ra's died. |

Curaré was hired to kill D.A Sam Young who is Commissioner Gordon’s husband. She came very close to taking out Sam forever, but all of her attempts where thwarted by Batman. She then made one final move on the D A, when she trapped him and Barbara Gordon in a meat locker and she hunted them down. Batman managed to sneak into the meat locker and he tried to stop Curaré from completing her assignment. With the help of the Commissioner, Batman managed to save the D.A and stopped Curaré. Then, after Curaré failed her assignment she became a target for the Society of assassins.
Curaré soon returned, hunting down the final member of the SOA, who had fled to Gotham to gain the assistance of Batman. Curaré succeeded in killing the final member, and remained the best killer on the planet. |

Jim Tate started off as a very successful character in Batman Beyond. He was rich, he just married a beautiful woman, and he just got a stepson. However, Jim’s family began to loose it all when the company had downsized, and he had nothing. After being laid off, Jim found himself in the field of a bank robber. Jim became good at what he did and he began to call himself “Armory.” He had many high-tech weapons in his arsenal which helped him escape in many bouts he had with the Dark Knight.
However, Jim saw the error in his ways and he gave himself up to Batman. |

While working to get a cure for a disease his wife, Nora had, Victor Fries ended up falling into a vat of ice and chemicals which bleached his skin and at that moment he lost all emotion except the love that he had for his wife.
However, Wayne Enterprises funded a project that brought Nora back to life and cured her of he disease.
Mr. Freeze was reduced to just a head when his mutation took over his body. He would move around in a robotic suit or he would use spider legs to gain some mobilization. When he was offered by Derek Powers to have his life back, Mr. Freeze did not refuse, and accepted the offer. Then, as everything was going great, something went wrong. Mr. Freeze's normal life began to disappear as he began to mutate back into the monster he hated. For his final crime, Mr. Freeze decided to take revenge on Derek Powers and all the scientists that were supposed to help him, but when after the experiment failed... tried to kill him.
Mr. Freeze's plans were then stopped by Batman, and Mr. Freeze's last act proved to be a good one as he saved the life of Batman and many other gothamites.
