Years ago, a man put his soul onto a disk that he uploaded into the company computer. Now, the man begins to take control of other computers and pieces of technology. Then, while fighting him, Terry's Batsuit is taken over by the man. With the Batsuit on the loose, Terry must rely on his skills that he learned from Bruce to take down the suit.
