	Harley Quinn, voiced by Arleen Sorkin History: Coming soon... Character’s background: Harley Quinn is a character unique to the WB animated universe. Created by Paul Dini, Harleen Quinzel was young psychiatric intern, who met the Joker while he was at Arkham Asylum. She fell in love with him and helped him escape Arkham. Harley Quinn became so increasingly popular that she was later incorporated into mainstream DC continuity with her own comic book series. She debuted in the comics in The Batman Adventures #12 (September, 1993).
