	Jonathan Crane / The Scarecrow, voiced by Henry Polic, II History: Coming soon... Character’s background: The Scarecrow had his first appearance in World's Finest Comics #3 (1941). Jonathan Crane was a Psychology professor obsessed with the study of fears and phobias. He worked at Gotham University until he conducted an unorthodox classroom demonstration (firing a bullet at a flowerpot) and got canned. Consequently he turned to crime, and to make up for his weak physique, he created fear gases to induce terror in others and disguised himself posing as the Scarecrow.
