Character’s background: Count Werner Vertigo first appeared in World's Finest Comics #251 (July, 1978). He was the ruler of Vlatava, an eastern European country that was taken over by the Soviets. He used a gadget that induced vertigo in others. He often pitted himself against Green Arrow and Black Canary, and latter joined the Suicide Squad. |
