Pandemonium strikes the unveiling of the Raven X-1 1 1 -- an experimental police helicopter with state-of-the-art weaponry, developed by WayneTech -- as it is demonstrated for the police. The Penguin has pulled off a plot to hijack the armored chopper and, in the course of The Penguin's raid, Bruce Wayne is temporarily blinded.
