Episode Notes |
| |
Survivor count: 41,401 | This episode marks the "death" of Number Three, as her entire line is boxed by the other Cylons. | The mandala painting in Kara's apartment was actually painted by Katee Sackhoff herself, neither she or even the producers aware of the role it was going to play. |

Analysis |
| |
Boomer's threat to snap Hera's neck echoes the beginning of the miniseries when a Number Six kills an infant by breaking its neck. The interesting aspect is that it is the same Six here who stops Boomer who, at that time in the series, was living among the Galactica crew. Now things have changed as Boomer has now become detached from her belief in living among humans that has driven her since her download among her brethren. However, Six fulfill her same role as she had snapped the child's neck, knowing that she had ushered in the Cylons to replace their "parents" and so she does again, this time to Boomer, in order to protect the new "children". |
