Beavis and Butt-head are in Mr. Van Driessen's class, and he is discussing how animals are sentient beings. Then he tells the class that a furrier is going to set up shop in Highland. Daria then explains that the animals for furs are killed by anal electrocution. Mr. Van Driessen assigns his class to take a petition around to keep the furrier out of town.

Beavis and Butt-head set out to get signatures. At the first house, the door is slammed in their face. At the second house, the lady kicks and threatens her dog, so the boys just leave. At the third house, the owner is clearly drunk, so Butt-head tells him he'll get free beer if he signs the paper, and the guy is so wasted that he not only signs it, but pukes on it.

When they finally take the petition back to class, Mr. Van Driessen is reading the signatures aloud - Hugh G. Rection, Ben Dover, and Rosie Palms and her five sisters. Mr. Van Driessen sounds angry, and he chastises the boys for not getting each sister to sign individually.
