Beavis and Butt-head want to "feel good", so they go to the doctor to get prescriptions for alcohol-laced cold remedies that will make them high. They're embarrassed to be mostly naked in front of the lady doctor, who denies them a prescription for cold medicine and gives them a different treatment altogether.

Episode Quotes
(The boys are watching Billy Idol's "Dancing With Myself" video)
Beavis: This guy does everything by himself.
Butt-head: Hey, I detect masturbatory overtones.
Beavis and Butt-head: (singing) Playing with myself... oh oh... playing with myself!
Butt-head: He's talking about choking his chicken.
Beavis: Yeah. He's talking about spanking his monkey.

Butt-head: Uh yeah, we have bad colds. Probably like, ammonia, or something.
Beavis: So we need, ah.... rest, fluids, and the leading description cold remedy. A big bottle.
Doctor: Well, we'll see, Mr. ah, Butt-head. How 'bout we start with you. Just hop up on the table over there and and let me take a quick look in your ear, okay?
(Doctor looks up from her chart, stunned)
Doctor: Uh, well, what I actually said Mr. Butt-head was in your ear (Butt-head has pulled down his underwear with his butt in the air) not in your rear.

Doctor: All right then, you can get dressed now if you'd like. In fact, I'd really appreciate if you'd do it as quickly as possible.

Episode References
One of the patients in the emergency room is the security guard from the previous episode, "At the Movies." His foot is bloody and missing several toes, so evidently he still hasn't been treated for the toes he shot off when confronting the boys at the drive-in.
