Beavis is making a joke about a Public Service announcement that warned people that their brain on drugs was like an egg frying in a pan. The script was, "This is your brain. This is your brain on drugs. Any questions?" This anti-drug campaign was created by the Partnership for a Drug-Free America, and began running in 1987.
