Beavis and Butt-head are in line to give their permission slips and birth certificates to Mr. Buzzcut so they can take a driver's education class. Both boys have documents that neither look official nor spelled correctly, but Buzzcut tells them to get in anyway.
Buzzcut welcomes them gruffly, and tells them he's going to show them a film with gory footage of actual car crashes in it. The boys are excited, though Buzzcut warns the students to get out if they can't take that kind of violent film. One kid leaves, then Buzzcut turns on the movie. The date on the film is 1957, and it has a very old-fashioned feel. It features two rebellious-looking teens named Vinnie and Frankie, who very much resemble Beavis and Butt-head, as they might look in 2 or 3 years. They're smoking and looking tough, and Butt-head thinks they're cool. Frankie and Vinnie speed and nearly hit a boy scout.
Frankie doesn't signal for his turn, and they smash into a semi-truck. The other students watch the crash, wide-eyed, and grossed out. Beavis and Butt-head thought it was cool.
They go out driving with Mr. Buzzcut, who is giving instructions to Butt-head in the driver's seat. Buzzcut tells Butt-head to press the accelerator, and Butt-head tears out, burning rubber as he goes. He whips into an intersection, and just like the movie, drives straight into a semi-truck.
