As she fulfills her desire to open a fiction branch at 50/50, Erica learns that she is now a doctor like doctor Tom is. She learns it the hard way getting images of the person she is supposed to help.
He also tells her that he is retiring and what it implies. Erica is distressed by the news and Doctor Tom thinks maybe he can postponed it until after she gets comfortable with her first patient.
