Ted's ruthless and self-centered, Veronica will let nothing get in her way as she makes her way in a man's world. She's not above helping her employees, but it's usually because what they do reflects badly on her. At least, that's what she claims. She's probably right. Veronica father Elijah Palmer runs competing company DigiVation, and they have a back-and-forth relationship of stealing each other's trade secrets. When she learned Elijah was dying, Veronica made some small effort to reconcile their differences. She has one sister, who she spoonfed her in sleep and doped with steroids to cause her to become overweight and hairy, and lose the love of her parents.
Veronica maintains a relationship with Mordor the Magician, a stage illusionist. She enjoys the chance to let her hair down and relieve the pressures of her high-stress job. When she isn't able to, she actually makes things even worse for her underlings. |
