I'm not sure I'm upset that Kail is leaving. Now that she and Dick seemed to have reconciled, there wasn't much drama. But I'm glad Eric is staying. I like him.
Amber's blow-up was something else, but she ought to know that telling someone anything in a reality show isn't going to stay between two people, especially on Big Brother.
My guess is that Danielle and Dick are going up next week. The power is definitely out of their hands now, which should be very interesting. |

Kail has grown on me as the other houseguests have shown themselves to be worse , but I'm glad Eric is staying, not only because now he is guaranteed a spot on the jury, which means America has one vote on the winner, but because it ruined Dick and Daniele's plan.
My mother mentioned that we never got to see the America's choice thing from last episode–the "incessantly flatter someone" task. Instead, we got two segments on people from the outside knowing a castmember. Odd.
When we were "eavesdropping on the houseguests" at the end, Dick was going off (surprise, surprise) on Jameka. I wonder why her?
On another "eavesdropping" note, when Dustin denied his vote to Dick, my immediate thought was "Oh, Dustin, that's so stupid." But if there's another mystery vote this week, it may help get Eric off the hook since he was on the block and couldn't vote.
Spoilers for live feed stuff after the live show (Highlight to read): I think Dustin then came clean about his vote after Jessica won HoH. Hmm. Amber defended Eric to Dick, saying that Eric essentially released her from the "swear on the life of my daughter" thing and that if he was going to tell her story, he would have done so when the whole thing became public with her yelling, etc. I'm impressed that Eric wormed his way out of that one. |

You're right. I totally forgot about that. I wonder if they had to cut it out to get the long segment about Kail in since she was evicted.

Good point. I wasn't surprised that he didn't keep his promise to Amber that he'd vote for Eric, and now that you say that, lying to Dick essentially gets Eric off the hook. A very smart move for their alliance.

If anyone in the house can weasel themselves out of something it's Eric. If it wasn't for that plane flying over the house, he probably wouldn't have been on the block this past week. No doubt he could have played off the mystery vote as someone else.
