1 :01x01 - Pilot

Bill Henrickson, who is a Utah businessman and polygamist, is planning on opening another home-improvement mega store. At the same time, he is trying to tend to the needs of his three wives. He also receives news from his brother of his father's failing health. Not to mention that Roman, his second wife's father, has decided the time is perfect to confront him about a business deal.

2 :01x02 - Viagra Blue

Bill decides to contact a security expert about guarding Juniper Creek. Margene decides she wants freedom and she thinks the perfect way to get it is with a car. Roman tries to make Frank, who is still hospitalized, give a message to Bill. Sarah ends up telling about her family's secret life to one of her co-workers. Meanwhile, the Henrickson and Embry families decide the time is right to get together for a dinner.

3 :01x03 - Home Invasion

Bill decides that he needs to get a home security system and has to tell teach the wives how to use it correctly. Nicki spends way too much money on her son's birthday party. Margene is extremely nervous about meeting her mother-in-law for the first time. Meanwhile, Roman decides to give the local press a look at his compound.

4 :01x04 - Eclipse

After Nicki gets in over her head in debt, she must go to her father, Roman, for help behind Bill's back. Bill finds out that Roman is using Joey to make money off unsuspecting people and is also suffering from weird dreams which he believes might be a sign of something to come. Barb gets a surprising offer while substituting at school. Margene is still trying to get her mother-in-law to like her. Meanwhile, Ben goes on his first deer hunting trip with Bill and Don and Sarah attends a college party where things get out of hand.

5 :01x05 - The Affair

Margene is still feeling lonely and decides it's the perfect time to strike up a friendship with one of her neighbors. Nicki begins to wonder if Bill is considering adding to the family, and wonders about his and Barb's behavior lately. Bill and Don decide to go searching for information about Roman in the hopes of bringing him down. Ben tries to cope with the pressures of being a teenager.

6 :01x06 - Roberta's Funeral

Bill returns to Juniper Creek to attend his father's first wife's funeral and uses the opportunity to propose a deal to Roman. Barb decides to bail out Nicki after a situation at Home Plus. Meanwhile, Lois sees the opportunity for a promotion back at the compound.

7 :01x07 - Eviction

Roman decides to evict all the Henricksons out of Juniper Creek and also removes Albie from Bill's case. Barb finally discovers Nicki's money troubles thanks to Peg. Margene decides to sneak of out the house to attend church with Pam and her husband, while Nicki continues to be taunted by Mormons who have finally discovered her secret. Jason goes on a wild trip with his seminary buddies and Sarah invites Heather over for dinner and she quickly wears out her welcome.

8 :01x08 - Easter

Bill's ongoing feud with Roman results in a glut of lawsuits and a flood of relatives from Juniper Creek, including Frank, who isn't the most sanitary of houseguests. Joey confides in Barb about a change in his priorities. Lois tutors Sarah on the family's history.

9 :01x09 - A Barbecue for Betty

Bill wants to celebrate a potential breakthrough with Roman and Don's plans for a fourth wife, but Nicki's financial disclosure drives him to distraction; Margene revisits the voting process that brought her to Bill's family while fending off the advances of Pam's friend.

10 :01x10 - The Baptism

Barb is jolted by a surprise visit from her anti-polygamist sister Margene's depression affects her housework and friendships outside the home; Ben's relationship with Brynn takes another step.

11 :01x11 - Where There's a Will

Barb is a candidate for Mother of the Year; Bill is approached by a civic organization for membership, and Rhonda spends time away from Juniper Creek with Sarah and Heather.

12 :01x12 - The Ceremony

Bill and Joey get the best of Roman at a priesthood council meeting, Barb shines at the Mother of the Year banquet, Adaleen reins in Rhonda's acting ambitions and Alby's visit spells trouble for Wanda.

13 :02x01 - Damage Control

Barb withdraws from the family following the Mother of the Year scandal and Bill looks into the source of the allegations. Meanwhile, Sarah renounces her polygamist background at an ex-Mormon support group.

14 :02x02 - The Writing on the Wall

Nicki and Margene arrive at the scene of a crisis at Juniper Creek. Bill and Don work out an advertising problem; Ben shares a secret with Brynn; and Alby takes the legal action into his own hands.

In the Beginning

Three mini-episodes comprise this special:

Bill wants to add a Native American businessman as a partner for his casino and sniffs for a clue of why his family has been snubbed for a big upcoming block party. Meanwhile, Barb would love to add Ada to the fold, and Adaleen has Nicki doing some spying for her. Also, Alby's secret life has gotten him in trouble.

26 :03x02 - Empire

As Bill tries to close the casino deal, Don's family struggles threaten to derail things. Barb is forced to reveal that her cancer may have returned as she awaits conclusive test results. Nikki and Margene struggle to balance work and family duties as Nicolete confronts the issue of having another child and Margene discovers a hidden talent. The family-courtship of Ana continues, as Bill's mother, oldest daughter, brother, and sister-in-law all engage in struggles of their own.

Nicki pleads with Wanda to persuade Kathy not to testify at Roman's trial - but the responsibility proves too much for her sister-in-law to bear. Margene learns her mother has died, Sarah's prom night ends disastrously, and Barb's sister arrives in town intent on wrecking the Henrickson family's new gambling venture. Bill asks for help from his brother-in-law in securing a loan. Meanwhile, Nikki mulls over a return to her old job at the DA's office, and Roman hints at making a comeback.

30 :03x06 - Come, Ye Saints

When the Hendrickson's make a pilgrimage to New York's Joseph Smith shrine, they find their family ties being tested, and Bill wants to bury a family time capsule at the location.

31 :03x07 - Fight or Flight

Nicki finds her problems intensifying at both home and at work. As a reaction for her stature being reduced at Juniper Creek, Glory shows Bill a secret document. Roman and Hollis Greene may derail Joey's plan of making Kathy his new wife.

32 :03x08 - Rough Edges

The DA has been petition by Bill to charge Roman with murder. Meanwhile, Margene opens a new jewelry business; Don discovers possible activity by Bill's brother-in-law while on a casino license fact finding mission; and Sarah considers what options lay ahead for her in the future.

33 :03x09 - Outer Darkness

Nicki's homecoming isn't as she expected, after receiving a visit from her sister wives. Barb survives a trying experience at her old church. Ted changes his mind about the casino project. Sarah's father and brother are not happy with her reunion with Scott. Joey is upset by Bill's change of heart concerning Roman after the Greene's make their latest move.

34 :03x10 - Sacrament

Bill finds someone who will proceed with his idea of vanquishing Roman and the Greene's forever, and shocks his brother-in-law with his plan on settling the casino dispute. Meanwhile, Margene seizes an opportunity to be in the public eye, Nicki is surprised by a visitor, and Sarah reveals her future plans.

35 :04x01 - Free At Last

With the opening of the Blackfoot Magic Casino nearing, the Henricksons make last minute preparations. As the feds continue to search for Roman Grant, Alby has a run-in with the trustee of Juniper Creek's assests. Back at the compound, Adaleen shares a secret with Nicki. Meanwhile, Margie makes an on-air faux pas that worries Beverly; Lois offers Frank a share of her bird-purveying business; and Ben lands a spot on a Christian rock band.

36 :04x02 - The Greater Good

Bill debates whether or not to run for a senate seat in Utah. Meanwhile, Sarah and Scott opt to forgo a wedding at Bill's church, and Margene confronts Nicki about Ray Henry.

37 :04x03 - Strange Bedfellows

Bill heads to Washington, D.C. to obtain support for his run for Utah State Senate but ends up on opposing side of a lobbyist. Elsewhere, Alby deals with his father's legacy all the while becoming attached to Dale.

38 :04x04 - The Mighty and Strong

Pressed by Coburn to state his intentions, Bill gets his family to stage an elaborate rally announcing his candidacy. Surviving an INS raid targeted at illegals working at Home Plus, Bill isn't so lucky when an audit uncovers insurance discrepancies caused by his multiple wives. To protect his secret and save his candidacy, he ends up asking Don to take the fall, and moves up his announcement by three days. J.J. approaches Alby with a partial solution on how to dispose of a "flock cast adrift," flummoxing Nicki. Lois and Frank survive a border scare to score a new shipment of birds, but Jodean sabotages the couple's dreams of profits. Sarah gets a taste of motherhood, albeit with someone else's child. Alby is tormented by his inner Roman, and torn by what he sees as Dale's betrayal. Troubled by Tancy's surprising revelation about Margene and Ben, Bill decides that a change of scene might be best for his firstborn son.

39 :04x05 - Sins Of The Father

Ben's exile causes chaos for the Henricksons as Margene's sister wives turn on her - and Bill is forced to confront his own traumatic adolescence after Colburn makes a stand against polygamous compounds. At the casino, lobbyist Marilyn aggressively touts her services, while Bill suffers further embarrassment when he has to eject Frank from the premises.

40 :04x06 - Under One Roof

The Henricksons discover Ana is pregnant, but she is adamant she does not want to be involved in their lives again. Alby rents a love-nest for himself and Dale, unaware a member of his family is planning to expose their affair, while Marilyn charms Bill's partners at the casino - and decides to strengthen her bid for their custom by suggesting trouble could be looming. 41 :04x07 - Blood Atonement

Bill heads to Mexico with Joey to rescue Ben, Lois and Frank from the Greenes - not realising his son is there as part of his parents' smuggling scheme. Nicki is horrified to discover Adaleen is pregnant, Barb and Tommy deal with an emergency at the casino, and Ana reveals she and Goran have to return to Serbia - along with the baby. 42 :04x08 - Next Ticket Out

Sarah shakes up the family with an announcement, while Nicki makes an all-out attempt to be the woman Bill wants her to be. Margene is put on the defensive when Bill questions her real reasons for getting married. An ill-timed remark at a ladies-only event puts Barb in an unwanted spotlight. Marilyn looks to bring down Bill as his campaign winds down. Barb jolts Nicki with news about Joey that Bill was supposed to deliver.
