Barbara Gordon/ Oracle, played by Dina Meyer
Barbara Gordon, once the protege of The Batman himself, fought crime in Gotham City as Batgirl until The Joker seeking revenge against Batman, attacked and paralyzed her from the waist down. Afterward confined to a wheelchair, she worked as a school teacher and mentored Helena Kyle after her mother, Catwoman, was murdered when Helena was a young girl. Barbara now goes by the pseudonym, Oracle, her mastery of the cyber-realm and analytical prowess prove to be a powerful combination when teamed up with Huntress as a crime-fighting team. When Dinah Lance comes into the picture, Barbara takes her in and mentors her physical training and mental abilities. Barbara is selfless,compassionate and determined in her pursuit of bringing down the dirty underbelly of New Gotham City's worst criminals. |
