The Kurosaki's go to visit there Mom that died 6 years. As Rukia runs into trouble from the Soul Society spy ops. As Ichigo is seeming to have a break down, due to he feels responsible for her death. Can Rukia and Ichigo must over come there troubles in order to survive.

Japanese Episode Title: June 17, a memory of rain
Rokugatsu juunananichi, ame no kioku

You can see some hollows that removed part of there mask in the opening.

Orihime's find out that Ichigo was really happy kid when he was younger, also that he was a mommas boy.

Hollows: Grand Fisher. Other names haven't appeared yet in the Japanese anime.

This is the first really other soul reaper, that speaks other then Rukia and Ichigo.

We get an idea what Rukia's crime where transferring her powers into Ichigo, but it was never stated.

Kuchiki is a noble clan in the Soul Society, so that means Rukia is a noble.

Saido is a Covert Ops soul reaper.

We learn a lot about Ichigo's past, that his mom died at an early age.

Rukia was the first to think that Ichigo wasn't the killer of his mom, but a Hollow.

There was a Japanese OAV, based on this episode along with episode 9.
