<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The scene opens with NYPD going up to an apartment of a Muslim and they tell him to freeze. At the Reagan’s home, Henry and Erin are getting ready to go for a picnic when Frank gets a call that he has to take. Danny gets a call as well and tells that he can’t joint Erin and Henry either. Frank is briefed that they have Steven Hassan in custody for a terrorist threat and he is the same man from earlier taken into custody. He is told that there was a computer made to a bridge and Frank thinks that the target is a bridge. He tells Frank that the car that has the explosive built inside is a dark SUV and the target city is Manhattan. Danny calls his wife, but her phone dies. The officers start pulling over every dark SUV in the city and meanwhile a SUV with an Arabic tassel hanging is entering the city.

Frank goes into his office and meets with Agent Mills from homeland security and Chief Bell. They tell that they are searching SUVs and making sure that they’re no issues with that. He tells that it is going to take forever. Frank wants to know why they are just finding out now about Steven’s past. Chief Bell tells that the bomb inside is not a dirty bomb and will have an affect of 1 block radius. Chief Bell suggests that Danny interrogate Steven for his “effective” interrogation methods. Sgt. Renzulli and Jamie are walking the street and Sgt. Renzulli tells Jamie to question a guy in a hot dog suit. Jamie feels embarrassed but listens to him. As Jamie approaches, the man runs. Jamie tackles him and finds out that he has a lot of illegal prescription drugs. Renzulli gets another alert on the terrorist threat and tells that they are going to have to book the hot dog drug dealer quickly. At the station, Danny is freaking out that his wife is not answering his calls, not knowing that her phone went dead. Steven comes into the station and Danny is excited to interrogate this guy.

Henry and Erin are walking to the place they want to be when they see searches and wonder what is going on. Meanwhile, Danny and his boss are in the room and Steven is not talking about the bomb in the truck. Danny uses his “effective methods” but still no answer from him. Danny tells that he is going to get a glass of water. At Frank’s office, they translate an email that Steven got and it is a riddle of words. They try to distinguish between the true meaning behind the phrase. Renzulli and Jamie have the hot dog drug dealer in the back of the police car when they see a dark SUV try to avoid the check point. They stop the driver and they ask if there is a bomb in the car. The man freaks out and is stoned. They call off the bomb squad and take the man into custody. Danny tries to call his wife again, but still no answer. Erin calls him and asks what is going on. He tells that there is a terrorists alert and that they are dealing with it. Erin sits down next to Henry at a hand ball game and she tells that it is a terrorist threat. Henry is disgusted on how the criminals are nowadays. Erin changes the subject and tells that Henry needs to teach Jack how to play hand ball. Henry tells that he is too old and Erin tells that Danny learned it from him and he has a blast.

Back in the interrogation room, Steven is still not talking and so Danny’s boss changes tactics and asks if Steven speaks Arabic. He translates a few words but on the world they feel means area, it is actually park. Meanwhile the SUV carrying the bomb arrives at the park. Frank meets with the Mayor who tells that they need to hold a press conference and tell people to stay away from parks. Frank doesn’t want to do this in fear that it will raise panic. The mayor tells that he has until 4 P.M. At the police station, Danny and Hotchkiss go through files of the people who were stopped and one file of Mary Jo Clarkson is flagged by Danny because she’s married to Alex Hassan, Steven’s cousin. He reads that she had turned radical Muslim and that she belongs to the same Mosque. They pull up the security photo that they took of her and she has her son in the car as well. Chief Bell comes in Frank’s office and tells the latest news. Frank tells that he is ready for the press conference.

Danny goes to Alex Hassan’s home and asks where his wife is. Alex tells that Mary Jo and he divorced because she went Radical. He tells that he is supposed to meet in the park and she told him that they are all going to be in a peaceful place. Danny tells that she is going to kill him with a bomb. Meanwhile, Mary Jo and their son Jacob pull up to the place Alex is supposed to meet and she tells that they all are going to be in a peaceful place soon. Alex and Danny see her car and Danny tells him to stay back behind the monument. Danny goes to a payphone and calls in her location. He goes back to Alex and Mary Jo is inside holding the trigger to the bomb. Frank and the Mayor are meeting and he tells that they need to give the description of the vehicle and Mary Jo. Suddenly an employee comes in and tells that they have her located.

Danny talks with Alex and tells him that she wants to kill him despite his pleas to go over and talk to her. Danny goes over to the SUV and tells Mary Jo that he is a co-worker of Alex’s and tells that he is to take them to see him. She tells that she can’t leave her car and Danny tries to talk her down. Suddenly, Alex comes from his hiding place and Jacob sees him. Mary Jo tells him to get over to her and Danny tells him to stay back. Danny tells her not to push the trigger and tells that he understands that she doesn’t want to die alone. Meanwhile, Frank and the Mayor are watching the camera that is on the vehicle and tells them to follow Danny’s lead. Danny tells that he can arrange a meeting with Alex and her and everything will be fine. She slowly puts the trigger on the dance board and Hotchkiss pulls Jacob from the car and Danny holds Mary Jo and pulls her out of the car. Later Chief Bell tells that the bomb is defused and the Mayor has invited Frank to the press conference. Frank reminisces on 9/11 and he remembers when the Trade Center towers went down.

At home, they set up for Jack’s birthday and Danny comes in and tells that he got chewed out by everyone. Linda and Jack come in and they had a fun time at the Zoo. She tells that there was some incident downtown and that the subway was packed. She asks what is going on and they tell that they don’t need to worry about it. Erin asks where Henry’s can is and he tells that he needs to get his balance back if he is going to teach his grandson Hand Ball. Frank tells that they all went their separate ways today and somehow made it back all in one piece. They say a prayer and the episode ends.
