The scene opens in China Town and Jamie meets with the FBI agent and tells that he is out and that she has to get another guy. She tells that she is surprised and tells that it is about honor for Jamie and his brother Joe. He walks off and stumbles upon a crime in process and tells the men to drop their weapons. One of the men get in the car and the other runs. Jamie runs after the runner and the guy gets hit by a car. Jamie calls it in. The police arrive on scene and Danny asks who Jamie gave his statement to. He tells that internal affairs are going to be over Jamie. Meanwhile Frank is at a restaurant when Kelly Davison walks in she introduces herself to him in front of the other people at the restaurant and then go to the bar to talk privately. Kelly tells that she misses him, but they are interrupted by Councilman Welsh and Frank leaves.

Lt. Tuan talks with Danny and Curatola about the girls that are the same and Danny sees a girl with a scratch on her forehead and takes her in for questioning. She tells that she fell down when Danny asks what happened to her forehead, but she has no scratches. She remains quiet and Danny tells that her friend is in danger and the girl tells that Ming-Taj is her friend and she lives in Gon-See-Fong and tells that they lived together until she moved. At Jamie and Sidney’s, she tells that Jamie should have not gone without backup. He tells that he is fine. Baker walks into Frank’s office and shows the front page article of Jamie’s incident and Frank calls Danny to get an update. Danny tells that they are the place where they should find something and Lt. Tuan tells that none of the girls know anything. Frank meets with the press and Kelly Davison asks if they are giving special treatment and Frank tells that he is not. Jamie meets with Lt. Bello from Internal Affairs and he tells that he was walking around and a tourist asks for directions. At the station, Danny and Curatola have a lead on the driver and it belongs to a Nelson Chiu. They go to the restaurant where he is eating and Jamie identifies him as the driver. They arrest him.

At the station, Danny shows pictures of girls and tells that they know of Chiu’s escort service. He pretends that he doesn’t know English and Danny is interrupted by Erin who tells that they cannot charge Chiu and that they need to let him go. Later at Frank’s house, Frank is making a sandwich and Henry comes in. He tells Henry that he can’t sleep and Henry reminisces with a story about Frank and the fact that he had to have Internal Affairs investigate him. He tells Frank that he just needs to hope for the best and let Internal Affairs finish their investigation. The next day at Erin’s office, Nikki asks why Erin became a lawyer instead of a cop. She tells that she didn’t feel the calling and that she was interested in law still. Danny calls and tells that Nelson Chui is dead. His gang got to him. They find a receipt from the Mott Street Munificent Society. Curatola tells that Ming Taj is pregnant and need to find out what the Triads still want with her. Meanwhile, Ming Taj is walking around pregnant. She sees the Triads and walks away.

Danny, Lt. Tuan and Curatola arrive at Mott Street and meet the owner, Dennis Ang. He tells that he doesn’t have Nelson or Ming Taj in the system. Danny and Curatola say that they are need to look at the medical center and Dennis tells them to leave because he they are scaring the clients. Danny grabs a brochure and Lt. Tuan tells that they are giving the children up for adoption. They meet with Ming Taj’s friend again and she tells that they are selling the babies that they get from the girls for $5,000. She says that an American doctor. They meet with the American Doctor, Dr.Warren Wakefield. He tells that he offers help and tells that he finds the conversation offensive. Jamie and Renzulli are on a lunch break and Renzulli tells that Internal Affairs and tells him to tell them who the woman is. Curatola and Danny look into Warren’s wife and find out that her maiden name is Ang. Later that night, Jamie walks into Frank’s home and tells that he is starting to wonder if he did the right thing and tells that it was instinct. Frank tells that is what he was supposed to do. Frank tells that he can’t talk about Internal Affairs. He tells that Lt. Bello is fair and that Jamie will do fine. Jamie leaves and Frank asks if something else is on his mind, but Jamie leaves.

Later that night Jamie is on the internet reading about Joe’s death and the investigating officers. Sidney asks why Jamie is not in bed and he tells that it is nothing. She tells that Lt. Bello from Internal Affairs and he asked if everything is alright between them. She told him that they were, but she tells that she doesn’t know. She tells that she was offered a job for 6 months in London. He tells that he can’t and she tells that she can. She gives back his engagement ring and walks out. The next day, Erin tells that there is money trail that doesn’t add up. She tells that a couple just paid. Danny and Curatola meet with the couple and they tell that Dr. Wakefield suggested that they get a Chinese baby. They tell that the baby is coming from a woman from the city. The mother is due this week and they are devastated that they are going to lose the baby too. Danny and Curatola meet with Dr. Wakefield and Nancy and Nancy wants to talk but Dr. Wakefield keeps telling her to shut-up. Curatola tells Dr. Wakefield to shut-up when Nancy tries to speak. Nancy tells that it all started with Dennis and how he involved the Triad. She tells that Dr. Yee is the doctor that is going to get the baby.

Danny and Curatola arrive and shoot the Triad gang member and rescue Ming Taj. Back in Internal Affairs, the woman Jamie was talking to came forward. It is FBI Agent Ryan and she corroborates his story. She leaves and Lt. Bello tells that the investigation is complete. Later at dinner, Nikki tells that she wants to be the first female Regan to be a police officer. Jamie comes in and tells that Sidney won’t be joining them. He tells Nikki that being a police officer is a complicated commitment and that it is her whole life. He tells that he wouldn’t trade it. They eat and the episode ends.
