Top notch series, fun to watch!Rating: 14 likes, 1 dislikes This is an amazingly good series, getting better and better with each new episode. It's remarkable especially due to David Boreanaz who once again gets to create a conpelling character and acheve an unforgettable chemistry with his co=star, Emily Deschanel who plays "Bones". Absoloutly Fantastic SeriesRating: 1 likes, 2 dislikes I really looked forward to this series before it even started because I am such a fan of the books. Although I was at first majorly disappointed because the series was so off base of the books, and the characters and story lines were so different, I kept both watching and reading and found myself hooked on both! The characters in the show are completely different ,with different lives, but are just as compelling as the ones in the books. I have a feeling the show would do much better if it wasn't in direct competition time wise with another show that has a huge fan base, and much more advertising. Perhaps in the future the time slot will be adjusted to give 'Bones' a better opportunity to build a strong fan base before it has to face off with another show that is so popular. 8x24: The Secret in the Siege recap: The episode begins with Christopher Pelant sitting in front of surveillance monitors. He seems to be surveying the entire city. One of his monitors begins to beep and Pelant enhances the image on that screen; it is Brennan. At home, Booth and Brennan discuss marriage. Brennan tells him that she loves him, but she isn’t sure about marriage. Booth gets a call about their latest victim. The duo arrives at the crime scene. The remains are found in a trail that has been closed for two months. Cam tells Booth that the trail was re-opened today and that is when the rangers found the remains... read more.

8x23: The Pathos in the Pathogens recap: The episode begins at the Jeffersonian, where plastic sheets with Bio-hazard warnings, are being put up. Everyone one in the lab is suiting up. Cam tells Brennan that the remains were found near Maryland, next to a place where bio-hazard wastes are disposed. The CDC has still not confirmed if the infection is viral, bacterial or blood borne. Dr. Jacob from CDC joins the Jeffersonian team. He has brought the remains with him. He suggests that an ID of the victim could give them an idea as to where he/she could have contracted the disease from. They examine the remains and Vaziri points out that the victim is a female between the age of 25-30 years... read more.

8x22: The Party in the Pants recap: The episode begins at a construction site, where a new guy is trying to operate an excavator. He digs out a badly decomposed body and accidentally dumps it on his boss. At the FBI Headquarters, Booth’s mother arrives to meet him. They have not seen each other for 24 years. She starts by apologizing to him. Booth tells her that she doesn’t need to, because he knows the hell she went through with his abusive father. She tells him that she thought he hated her. Booth tells her that he didn’t hate her, he missed her. They hug each other. Booth gets called to the latest crime scene and he tells his mother to go to their house and wait for them... read more.

8x21: The Maiden in the Mushrooms recap: The episode begins with a couple arriving at an old factory for a treasure hunt. They end up digging into a bed of mushrooms and the guy pulls out a skull. They freak out and run. At home, Booth arrives with Christine and he shows Brennan Christine’s painting. Brennan compares it to abstract art. He tells her that Christine bit another child at the day care and Brennan refuses to believe it. Before they could get into an argument, the phone rings. They arrive at the crime scene. Brennan declares that the victim is a Caucasian woman in her mid twenties... read more.

8x20: The Blood from the Stones recap: The episode begins with the team examining the latest crime scene where a dead body is found in a car. Booth arrives and Cam tells him that the TOD is around 5-7 days. The dead body has decomposed in a weird way and Brennan explains that this happened because the victim was exposed to two different microclimates in a radically small place. Booth notices that the victim’s pockets have been ripped. He infers that someone was looking for something. Booth checks the trunk of the car and finds a shotgun. They find bullet holes on the car door but those aren’t from the shotgun. The killer removed the slugs so that they are not identified... read more.
