  Episode Quotes
Alan: Something going on?
Denny: (Taps forehead.) Mad cow. It hasn’t progressed in my brain, but there are other symptoms, be it blood pressure…. It affects me.
Alan: Affects you how?
Denny: I think I have mad penis.

Claire Simms: You’re a doctor. You cannot betray a patient simply to be punitive against me. You are much better than that.
Dr. Zachary Simon: You over estimate me.

Denny: You want her to talk to you after?
Alan: Yes.
Denny: But that would make you the girl. I don’t even like to talk to them before.

Denise: If I can see through it, Jeffrey, you know the jury can.
Jeffrey: They don’t have your far fetched imagination.

Denny: She dumped you?
Alan: Well, I think we’re looking for different things.
Denny: What are you looking for? A serious relationship?
Alan: Don’t be silly. I’m already involved with you.
Denny: You’re damn right.

(Jeffrey Coho throws his briefcase on the table, as Scott and Barbara Little, Denise Bauer, and Claire Simms
file in.)

Scott Little: I’m not in love with you.
Barbara Little: How did you get a naked picture of me, Scott?
Scott Little: You were sunbathing once by the pool. You didn’t know I was home, and I photographed you. (Pause)
What happens now?
Jeffrey Coho: What happens now? You fill out your change-of-address forms!
Scott Little: I didn’t kill her!
Jeffrey Coho: (Sarcastic) Oh, gee, there’s some rage.
Scott Little: You shut up! (Clears throat)

Gracie Jane (on TV): “I didn’t kill her; I didn’t kill her. (High-pitched voice) Auntie Em, come back. Auntie Em,
come back.” Oh, puhlease. I’m telling you—
Jeffrey Coho: (Turning off the TV with his remote) What—? Is Denny Crane good for anything? I thought we—
Claire Simms: This is not a time to panic, Jeffrey.
Jeffrey Coho: What? Are you kidding? Our jury consultants said they didn’t believe Scott on the stand, the press
convicting him, and we’re down to our final witness. I’d say it’s the perfect time to panic. Where is she?
