| Lincoln Meyer: He didn’t pick me?
Jeffrey: I know you’re disappointed.
Lincoln Meyer: What do I have to do, kill somebody?
Claire: Try to cope.
Lincoln Meyer: So what happens now?
Jeffrey: You’re probably no longer a suspect, Lincoln, and here’s the really tragic part, you’re not even a person of interest. Which we’ve known from the start, haven’t we?
Lincoln Meyer: I don’t like your tenor. You’re back to being Mr. Dirty-mouth. | Shirley: What are you suggesting?
Jeffrey: I’m asking you out. Dinner. Wine. A date, and all the things that go with it.
Shirley: I am a senior partner here.
Jeffrey: You say that as if it’ll get you laid. It will.
Shirley: I’m significantly older than you.
Jeffrey: Fine, be my significant older other. Why do you think I came to Boston, Shirley? The Red Sox? | Denny: When's the trial?
Alan: Tuesday.
Denny: This Tuesday?
Alan: 10 o'clock. |
