  Episode Summary
Alan Shore finds himself in a predicament when a woman, Patrice Kelly, asks his advice on how to kill the man who murdered her daughter and was acquitted by reason of temporary insanity. Meanwhile, Katie Lloyd and Jerry Espenson attempt to overturn Megan's Law while trying to save their falsely accused client, Joseph Washington, from unjust persecution; and Lorraine Weller tries to help Alan overcome his deep-rooted childhood fears, which are causing him to speak "word salad" gibberish whenever she's around.
