Recap

The scene opens with a convict escaping from the prison. The prison guards are alerted and they follow the convict. The police dogs sniff him out and reach him; but strangely he can control the dogs and manages to run off. Next we see, Charlie is up for a promotion within the U.S. Marshall Service; just needs to pass the standard formalities. Charlie is glad to hear the news and he also likes the city; but before he gets committed to the job he needs some reassurances. Next, Erica, Shea and Lloyd are out once again, breathing the non-institutionalized air. Ray is upset about Charlie’s promotion. He says that team was his idea and now, the convicts are having their sentence reduced and Charlie is getting promoted and he is still living in a halfway house and no badge! The trio arrives at the office and they are given the files with the escapee’s details. ..
