<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The Forth Semi-Final kicks off tonight and to perform for the spot in the finals on Saturday are: Ice, Tyler Patterson, Emile Harris, Twist and Pulse, Team Shalion, Mark James, The Fusion, and Janey Cutler. Ant and Dec come out in their best suits and they introduce the judges again who are all dressed in their best. As always, Amanda is in another stylish dress. They reminisce that last night’s performances were one of the best and how they are going to have another night of hard decisions.

First up Ice, who in the video, speak about the passion they have to dancing and that they could make it through because of their passion to win. The dancers come on stage the group surely is dancing for their lives as they put all the flips and incorporate the canes again in their dance. With perfect unison, the group end and the crowd are on their feet. Pierce thought it was quite good but he was a little disappointed because it was a little bit old fashioned. But Amanda tells that Pierce is completely wrong. She loves the group and agrees that a choreographer is great to have despite what Simon says. Simon still says that the girl’s choreographers need to be fired because a street dance group needs to be original and have original ideas. But the kids say get to put in their input. Simon doesn’t believe that they are going to get through to the finals.

Ten year old street dancer, Tyler Patterson is up next after the break and in his video says that that he is really impressed at being on the show and that he is a big show off. Simon feels that he is going to handle it really well. He starts off coming down the stage and has a lot of fun and adds a head spin in the act. The crowd is on their feet and Pierce said that Tyler is one of his favorite and Tyler admits that he already has a lot of girls knocking on his doors. Amanda said that he has the right moves. Simon said that he has a mind of a 25 year old and compares him to Simon and calls him a little dark horse in the competition.

Emile Harris is on next and in his video he says that music is his life. He is doing his own song tonight and he is going to take a gamble. He comes on stage without his guitar and sings and it sounds just a little short of perfection. Pierce and Amanda buzz him in his performance and he finishes. Pierce said that he has talent but he took a huge gamble that did not pay off. Amanda said it was brave but it did backfire on him. Simon wanted to give him a shot to the end but says that Emile has the right type of voice but isn’t a good song writer. With dashed hopes Emile walks off stage but in smiles.

Twist and Pulse enter the scene and in the video they tell how they are best mates and that they have a new routine and are ready to step up their game. The two boys get down to it and have a lot of fun to bring some comedy into their dance act. It was a great joy to watch and the crowd goes crazy for more. Pierce said it is good to see a confident duo act on the stage. Pierce is looking at the boys as being the best they have in the dance category. Amanda calls it genius and that they are a laugh and she likes them. Simon reminds us of the first act again and that Twist and Pulse proved his point on how you don’t need choreographers like Ice do and that Ice was not original. Twist and Pulse seems like the act to beat for this competition.

Next up after the break is Team Shalion. In their video they say that they are excited to be in the show. They want to be in the finals and they are determined to kick it up a notch. They begin their act and it is full of flips and kicks and weapon tossing. It had a part in it where they broke boards on people laying on a bed of nails and it was all over the place with excitement from the audience. Pierce said it was a bit disjointed and that it was too much going on. It was not much of a story. Amanda was unimpressed and that she found herself drifting off. Simon said it was incredible and talented but it was definitely not as good as the first time.

Next is Mark James who wants to impress the crowd and wants to be someone that is going to prove that he is the one to beat. He wants to prove Simon wrong. However, from the beginning of his act, Simon buzzed right away. Amanda and Pierce let him continue until the end. Pierce is still not sure what to make of him, but he is good. He tells him that he is better as a female singer and that he might have to go solo. Amanda says that the queen likes a bargain and that she gets 2 for the price of 1 with Mark. Simon called it horrific. He doesn’t believe that he is going to even make it through to the next round at all.

Next are “The Fusion” and they are excited to be in the semi-finals and that they have something else to bring to the Britain’s Got Talent stage. They are going to change it up and impress Simon of their act. Dressed as pirate skeletons this time, they dance to a Pirates medley. They dance in perfect unison and they have fun throughout the performance. At the end, Pierce said that it was a good choreographed group and that Simon was proved wrong. Amanda said it was a refresh of talent and that she loved everything about it. Simon admits that he is wrong. In the terms of imagination he calls it the best act they’ve seen tonight.

The last act for the night is 80 year-old Janey Cutler and in her video she says that she is ready to go. She talks about her family and about her pubs and clubs that she sings in. She promises to do her best tonight. Entering with two young men on her arm, she sings and despite a shaky wrist throughout the song, she belts out all the notes on tune. The whole audience and judges give her a standing ovation. Pierce calls her magnificent. Amanda says that she has the lungs of a 20 year old. Simon says that she epitomizes everything good about the show and that she was outstanding.

So the performers have all performed and it’s up to the world to see who is going to get through. Do you have your favorite?
