Series 5, Final (Result) - Recap

Steven Hall, Michael Collings, Les Gibson, James Hobley, Paul Gbegbaje, Ronan Parke, Jean Martyn, Jai McDowall, Razy Gogonea and “New Bounce” are in the running for the 100,000 pounds. Ant and Dec come out and talk to the judges. Simon says that he would be amazed if a singer doesn't win. Amanda says that she has a favorite, but won't say it. Michael says that it is Ronan Parke. David says that there are 5 acts that could possibly take it. They look at the acts again in a recap.

Nicole Scherzinger performs her new single "Right There" and shows what it takes to be a multi-platinum recording artist in today's market. She does a great job. Ant and Dec come out and talk to her and she tells that she says that "New Bounce", Ronan and Paul, but says that everyone was great.

The lines are closed and the Finalists come out to find out if they have won the 100,000 pounds and the chance to perform at the Royal Variety. The act in 10th place is Jean Martyn. The act in 9th place is Les Gibson. The act in 8th place is James Hobley. The act in 7th place is Steven Hall. The act in 6th place is Paul Gbegbaje. The act in 5th place is Michael Collings. The act in 4th place is Razy Gogonea.

Ronan Parke, Jai McDowall and "New Bounce" come to the middle of the stage. The act in 3rd place is "New Bounce". This leaves Ronan and Jai. The winner of "Britain's Got Talent" is Jai McDowall! He tells that he feels amazing. Ronan says that he has loved his time on the show. Simon says that he wasn't one of the favorites, but he is a worthy winner. Amanda says that she is not disappointed, but wanted Ronan to win. They close the night with Jai singing "To Where You Are" again.
