	Saul Holden, played by Ron Rifkin Saul is Nora's brother and uncle to her five children. He worked with Nora's husband, William, at the family company, Ojai Foods, as Chief Financial Officer. He began a tentative relationship with his late brother-in-law's former mistress, Holly Harper, but that soon fizzled.
