When Buffy returns to the library all the bookshelves are standing upright with all the books on the shelves. However due to the vampire attack in the last episode some of the bookshelves were thrown down including the one that fell on Willow. Although the police might've picked up the bookshelves it is unlikely that they would've put all the books back on the shelves

Before both Darla and Buffy kill Angel, by turning him into a vampire and striking him with a sword, respectively, they both say "Close your eyes," which is also the name of the track being played as Buffy strikes Angel with the sword.
