Neighborhood Watch - Recap

The scene opens with Michael trying to get the data off the cartridge from last episode. It turns out to be unreadable and Fiona is upset at the fact that a lit of time was spent for nothing. She wonders if Kendra, the girl from the last episode that tried to kill Michael and Jesse, will even show up. Michael notices that the place that they are at has been tagged and that Kendra has been watching them the whole time. Michael calls Sam and tells him to trail Kendra and let them know what she is doing. Michael sets up a trap for Kendra to catch her. They get her where they want and she gives them the slip when she jumps up the fence and onto the roof. She drops a phone that rings. Michael answers it and tells to let everything go and to come down and talk. She doesn’t oblige and the hunt is on.

Lauren is a doctor at a local clinic and tells that she has a drug dealer problem. David, Lauren’s boyfriend got beat up by the drug dealers and he was told to get out of town. She is scared that he is going to get killed. At the clinic, Jesse, Michael, and Fiona try to reason with David that what he is doing is stupid. David agrees to let Michael and his crew handle the problem and to save the clinic from getting vandalized too. Outside the clinic, Fiona tells that they need to hit the drug dealers hard but Michael wants to play it safe. He gets a call from Kendra. She tells him to meet at the mall and he agrees. Fiona is a little jealous and tells Michael to find his own way home to get ready for his “date”.

Sam, Jesse and Fiona are surveying the drug dealers and Jesse puts a tracker on the wad of money disguised with a smiley face sticker and makes a drug deal. Fiona and Sam track the money to a strip club and Sam volunteers to do some “inside surveillance”. Fiona tells that Sugar, Michael’s old neighbor owes them a favor and that he knows the inside of the drug trade. Sam doesn’t like Sugar. Inside the strip club, Sam meets Sugar and he tells that the drug dealer that he wants to know is Vince Cutler and he is trying to pay back the Mexican Cartel. Sugar wants to get out and bumps into a waitress. Sam bumps into Cutler to create a distraction to let Sugar go free. He gets hit a couple times and then breaks a bottle over Cutler’s leg and gets out.

Back at the clinic, David is upset that Michael and his team are setting up in the clinic. Michael tells him that they have to go at the drug dealers differently and tells that they are going to steal the heroin and make the Mexican Cartel go after Cutler. The next scene shows Sam and Michael in a restaurant and Sugar enters. He tells that he doesn’t want to mixed up with Cutler any more. He tells Sugar to make some calls to some drug dealers to give Michael street credit so that he can make Cutler a deal to sell a different drug that veterinarians use for dogs. Michael enters the strip club and propositions Cutler on the drugs that he wants to have run. Cutler is intrigued in his proposal and Michael leaves his contact information.

At the Mall, Sam is dressed as a security guard and Michael is waiting for Kendra. But Kendra calls to let Michael know that she can see him and that she knows that he is not alone. The plan to get Kendra falls short again and she gets away before Sam the security guard could tase her. Back at the house, Madeline is upset to hear from Lauren that Michael is bringing guns into the clinic and she is not happy with him. Michael gets a call from Cutler and he tells that he wants to meet in a secluded area. Michael arrives and Cutler gets the drugs that Michael has. He tells that it better be good and Michael reassures that they are. After the deal, Jesse follows behind Cutler and feels that he has not been seen. But halfway down the road, he is blocked off. Jesse plays it cool and tells that he is going to his girlfriend’s house. But they don’t believe him. Jesse brings the dealer in closer and slams his head into the car and drives off.

Michael is back at the clinic and there was a brick thrown through the clinic telling that they are closed. David refuses to close down the clinic and Michael tells that he is going to work outside of his mother’s house until they get the house that is holding the drugs. They take the chance with a remote control plane with a camera attached to it. Sam and Michael are trying to maneuver it and it is harder then it looks. A kid comes up and takes over. He does it with ease. Later Fiona is looking at the pictures and some of the pictures are of the sky because the kid wanted to show off. They spot a group of guys around a house and feel that is the house where the drugs are being hid. Michael asks Sam to get a deliver truck. Kendra calls again and tells that they are going to meet at the docks and not to bring any backup. She threatens to kill him if he doesn’t conform.

Meanwhile at Madeline’s house, David tried to sneak out the back only to be caught by Jesse. Michael enters and David tells that Lauren tried to go to the clinic to give medication to a boy and Cutler is there with his men. Michael and Fiona arrive and they see Cutler yelling at the building. Michael tells that they can’t get involved but then Cutler orders to torch the place and Fiona takes out the bottle with her sniper gun. Michael and Fiona chase the drug dealers away. Back at the house, Michael and the crew talk with David about how they are going to go at the drug dealers at a different angle. Madeline tells that she needs to speak to Michael. She tells him about Nate, Michael’s younger brother and how he was getting beat up by a bully. She tells that Michael threatened the bully and he stopped until Michael went off to college. It ended with Nate hitting the bully in the face with a two-by-four. She tells that David needs to fight his own battles.

Michael has a plan to let David handle it on his own with the back up of Michael and his crew. Michael rips his clothes and tells David to hit him to show Cutler that he attacked him. Michael is surprised at how hard David hits him. David has no problem with that. Michael enters the strip club and tells that David is more then a doctor and used to run Black Ops. Cutler calls his corner boys and he finds out that Michael’s crew got to them first. Michael tells Cutler to get out of town. Cutler doesn’t care and wants to go to war with David. Fiona takes her place and so does everyone else. David pulls up and gets out of the car. He tells Cutler to get out of town or else. Jesse shoots tear gas at the drug house. Cutler is not impressed. Fiona blows up a car in the yard. Cutler points a gun at David it is shot out of his hand. Cutler’s men are scared and tell him to leave. David counts to three and Fiona lights up the house with explosives. Cutler leaves quickly.

At the clinic, Lauren and David have a nice repaired clinic and Michael tells that Cutler left town. Madeline congratulates her son for listening to her. Michael pulls up to the docks and Sam is in the back seat. He is upset with the terms that Kendra set. Michael’s briefcase is reinforced with metal siding. Sam has a sniper gun and Michael meets Kendra. He shows her the tape and she shows that she has the $50,000. She tosses the money and attempts to stab Michael. But Michael is prepared and the knife gets stabbed through the briefcase and Michael bashes Kendra in the head. Sam and Michael put Kendra in the trunk of the car and close the trunk door.
