Blind Spot - Recap

The scene opens with Michael, Sam, and Fiona are looking at a file that Sam got from a friend in Jamaica. Michael is happy that they got information on Paul Barrett. Fiona doesn’t like it and Michael tells that Jesse just needs to see a name to get him on the track. Michael takes it back to Jesse and shows him the file. He takes the bait and tells that they need to go after Barrett. Michael suggests that they call him. Madeline comes in and tells that friends are coming over for a game of Canasta and that she is hosting. There is someone at the door and Madeline announces it is Susie. Michael and Jesse go to Michael’s place and they call Barrett. Michael tells that they have the Bible and he asks how they got the number and he tries to tell that he is a Telecon company and Michael tells that the Bible is in Miami. Michael tells that Barrett is going to try to steal it.

Michael and Fiona meet for drinks and Madeline comes in. She tells that she scored 1420 points in Canasta. Michael thinks it is good but she tells that she is nervous and Michael catches onto her frustration of treating Jesse. Fiona asks if she could leave and she tells that she is taking a client. Emily, a friend of a friend and she was swindled by a con artist. Fiona tells that she is not going to need Michael’s help because she has Sam. They arrive at Emily’s house and she tells that Charles, the con artist, was really sweet until he stole all of her life’s savings. Sam asks how he got her money and Emily tells that he offered her to invest in a project and next thing, he was draining her account. Fiona wants to take out his kneecaps and Sam tells to fight fire with fire. Meanwhile, Jesse tells that they should go to New York for Barrett but Michael has a plan to get their person lead right into a trap to get them. They hook up a trap that is going to shock the person coming to attempt to steal the Bible.

Fiona and Sam are on stakeout relaxing in the sun and find Charles Archer lining up his next victim. Fiona wants to go at him guns blazing but Sam tells that his alias, Chuck Finley is going to win him over. Sam enters with Fiona in a club and goes up to Charles and sits down. Fiona tells that she needs to powder her nose and Charles’s date joins her. Sam attempts to talk to Charles and tells that he has a scam going but needs help to reel her in. Charles gets offended and tells that he doesn’t want to do business with him and tells him to leave. When Fiona gets back, Charles tells that they have to leave. Fiona is upset that Charles is leaving and tells that Sam’s plan didn’t work and so it is now her type of persuasion which includes a gun to his head. But Sam stops her and she is not happy. She tells that if Sam’s plan doesn’t work, then she is going to shoot Charles and then Sam. The next day Fiona and Michael visit Emily and give her an update. She tells that she and Sam are having differences. Michael tells that they have a new plan to get Charles drunk and passed out by giving his a drug.

Sam enters the club where Charles is and tells that he wants to get out of town and wanted to give Charles a watch. Sam offers to buy him a drink and they start drinking more and more. Sam slips Charles the drugs and by the morning he is still passed out. Fiona is there and she bugs Charles’s phone and tells that she sent a text to Charles’s latest victim and she breaks it off. Meanwhile, Jesse and Michael are still watching surveillece on their trap and Jesse tells that they should check Sam’s friend about Barrett’s file. They see a man enter and he is looking for the Bible. He reaches for something in the barrel and he gets electrocuted. They tie up the man and Michael tells that he has to do something for Fiona unless Jesse wants to do it. Jesse tells that he will. Sam calls Fiona and tells that he is going to wake up Charles and Jesse enters Fiona’s car. Sam wakes up Charles and tells that they had a wild party and that he was buying everything, including a new Bentley. Charles tells that he needs to sort things out and drives off. Fiona and Jesse start to follow him. Charles pulls up to a law firm and tells Martin that he needs to talk. He tells that Martin gave him money and that he spent it on a Bentley. The guard spots Fiona’s car and Fiona makes out with Jesse for cover. The guards tell them to take it somewhere else. The two are very flustered and leave.

At the café, Sam and Fiona update Emily and tell that they have a new angle. They are going to make Charles give the account number to Michael. Sam walks up to Charles and tells that someone is after them and Charles tells that he doesn’t care and that he is going to work on his tan. Jesse and Fiona are bugging Charles’s place and it is going to be easy to find. Back at the boat house dock, they have Col. Russell and Michael tells that he is giving a sneak preview of the Bible to give him proof. Sam gets a call from Charles and he tells that they are after him too. Sam tells that $100,000 is missing from his account and has a “friend” that will solve their problems. Charles tells it is brilliant. Michael and Sam meet with Charles and Charles is a little weary of giving his info to Michael. Charles calls the bank and gets news that the money manager has sorted things by going after Emily. Charles tells that he is getting out of town to Rio. Michael gets a phone call and it is Fiona. The men are at Emily’s and Fiona is going to help her out.

Fiona arrives at Emily’s and hotwires the garage door and it opens. She explodes the door and takes down one of the men. She shoots the other with a bean bag round. They tie up the men and Michael tells that Sam is going to stop Charles and tells that he is going to have another “wild night”. Sam meets with Charles and gives Charles the tainted drink. Charles tries to deny it but takes it anyway. The next scene shows Charles waking up with blood on his hands, on a bat, and purse. There is an explosion and Emily’s boat is on fire. Sam drives up and tells that Charles needs to go with him. He tells that he killed Emily and they need to go and that his buddy is waiting. Michael tells that it is going to cost $1 Million. Charles tells that he can’t do it, but when Michael starts to leave, Charles tells that he is going to get the $1 Million. He calls Martin and tells that he needs every cent of it. He threatens to go to the police and tell of his dirty secrets. Sam tells that he is going to get a Limo for Charles.

Martin gives Charles the money and tells 30% is his money. Charles tells that he could kill him if he doesn’t stop the threat. He gives the money to Michael. In the Limo, Sam comes clean and tells that he conned him and they drop him off now. They drop him off in the middle of the bridge. They take the money to Emily and she tells that they were amazing. Michael is at Madeline’s and she tells that she is going to Tampa because she doesn’t want to see Michael treat Jesse the way he has been treating him. Michael tells that he doesn’t like doing it but he doesn’t have a choice. Barrett calls and tells that he is in Miami. Sam walks up to Michael and tells that 15 men are on board and has already made calls to private security calls. Meanwhile, Fiona walks into Michael’s hideout and Jesse is there. He points his gun at Fiona and tells that he has the security footage of Michael running off from the office the day he got burned. He doesn’t care anymore and says goodbye to Fiona and cocks his gun. She closes her eyes and Jesse leaves. Fiona calls and tells that Jesse knows about Michael burning him and he is going to make them pay.
