Guilty As Charged - Recap

The scene opens with Michael with Madeline and Fiona and there is no sign of Jesse. Michael tells that they are going to run operations as normal. Madeline tells that she will stay and try to convince Jesse not to kill Michael. Sam, Fiona and Michael arrive on Barrett’s property and they are going to get his attention and not kill anyone. Michael flashes light in one the guard’s eyes and tells him not to move if he wants to live. Michael grabs the guard’s radio and tells that he wants to talk to Barrett. The guard gives the radio to Barrett and Michael tells that he doesn’t want to kill anyone and just wants to talk. He sets up a meeting for Tuesday and tells Barrett that it would be good for him to hire him on. Later, Michael meets with Vaughn and tells that it is happening Tuesday and Vaughn asks about Jesse because they have found out that Jesse’s been reaching out to old contacts. Later, Fiona and Sam meet with Michael and a man comes up telling them that he represents Adam Scott and that he would like to talk to Michael.

Adam Scott, a high power defense attorney, has had his daughter kidnapped. Rob Lawson is Adam’s suspicion because Rob’s brother, Dale, called Adam and told that if he will get his brother out of jail, then his daughter will be fine. Michael tells Adam to set up a meeting with Dale. At the meeting, Michael tells that he is going to be the one to get Rob out of jail and that Dale is going to have to trust him. Outside the café, Michael tells that the men are going to follow Michael to see who he is. Michael tells Adam to shake his hand and let him do his job. Michael starts to “run errands” to see if Sam and Fiona and spot the car that is following him. Sam gets it and follows it to a night club. Fiona distracts the guard as Sam puts trackers on 10 cars. As they walk back to their car, they spot Jesse.

Back at the hideout, Sam has mapped out the route where the cars are driving and there is one that takes off to a hidden spot in the city and Sam tells Michael that there is nothing out there. The figure out that any type of approach is going to get them spotted. Michael visits Adam and tells that he needs to get an underwater vehicle from one of the drug cartels that are Adam’s clients to be able to get in undetected. Adam tries to deny that he has connection but Michael doesn’t care. The vehicle is delivered and Sam tells Fiona that Michael has a meeting with Vaughn and couldn’t make it. Meanwhile, with Vaughn, Michael tells that he doesn’t want to have Vaughn and his team at the meeting with Barrett and tells that he has it handled. Vaughn tells that Jesse is in a hotel using a fake name and Michael tells that he can talk to Jesse. Vaughn tells that he hopes so, for Jesse’s sake.

Michael meets with Fiona and tells that Vaughn found Jesse and tells that he needs to talk to him. Fiona tells that on their last job, she kissed Jesse and things got confusing. She tells that she will talk to

Michael arrives at Dale’s place but is spotted by Dale and his men. Dale tells that Adam called his ex-wife and that he told about the entire plan. Michael tells that there is still a way to get his brother out of jail and that Michael is a miracle worker. Back at Adam’s office, Michael tells that Adam is going to follow the rule this time and make Dale think that his brother is out of jail long enough to get the daughter back. He tells that he will do what Michael says. Meanwhile, Fiona and Madeline are outside a hotel waiting for Jesse. They are about to leave when Jesse shows up. Fiona apologizes that they burned him and that they are doing everything they can get him back in. Jesse tells that he doesn’t want anything to do with them and Madeline tells that if he is going to kill Michael, to wait a couple of days because he is trying to save a little girl. A man comes by and is one of Adam’s drug cartel contacts and they give him a prison guard uniform. They outfit the van and it looks like a prison transfer vehicle. They are going to trick Dale in thinking that they have Dale. Fiona goes back to the club to get their prisoner and gets the guard outside the nightclub. She points a gun at him and tells him to get in the trunk. They shave his head and pour fake blood on his head and give him a sedative.

Michael and Dale are in a car and see the real Rob get into the van and guards escorting him. They follow it and cause it to stop at a red light and the vehicle with the fake Rob takes the spot. Dale doesn’t recognize the change of vehicles. Fiona and Sam cause the van to crash and they get the fake Rob and put him into their vehicle. Michael and Dale meet them at the meeting point and Dale allows for daughter to go free. Michael takes the girl while Dale walks over to see his brother. Knowing that he was tricked, Sam and Fiona hit his guards and run for it. Michael, the girl, and his team make it safely back to Adam. Michael tells that it isn’t over and that he needs to get out of town too. Adam tells that his daughter is going to see her mother in another country and that he will be fine.

Michael is at the Diner waiting for Jesse and he arrives. He tells that he was in the car for 10 minutes trying to decide whether or not to kill Michael. He tells that he is not going to help Michael with the Barrett case and leaves. Back at the hideout, Michael tells that he is on his own with Barrett. Sam and Fiona tell that they are going to use the sub and use explosives to take care of the bridge. Michael tells that it will go alright. Barrett and his men meet with Michael and he gives the Bible to Barrett. He tells Michael that the Bible is a list of names of people who burned Simon and other spies as well. Suddenly he gets a call and tells Michael that he double-crossed him and that men are on their way to stop the meeting. It is Vaughn and his team. Barrett tells his team to take Michael and suddenly Michael is shot in the shoulder. The shot kills the man behind Michael. It is Jesse. He came to help. Michael gets dragged into a car by Barrett and he drives off. In the car, Michael is losing a lot of blood and needs to act fast. He causes the car to flip. He crawls out of the car and sees the briefcase that holds the Bible and code to the names. He sees a person in black boots and black pants grabbing the briefcase.
