The scene opens with Michael and Sam in front of a fusion center where they have classified files for Justin Walsh, the guy who killed Sweeny for the list last episode. Michael is going to have to break in by pretending to be a concerned citizen that has information. He breaks into an office using his sunglasses and getting onto a computer and putting in Justin’s name. He gets the reports and emails saved then leaves. The police are on to him and search for him. Michael breaks a window with a chair, steals a police jacket, and then walks out the front door. Sam tells that Michael is the reason he drinks. Michael and Jesse look through the emails and there are several ideas to what happened to the burn list. Justin is trying to sell it to a country on auction. Michael tells that they need a contact in the CIA and Jesse’s handler is their only option. Madeline comes in and tells that they need to clear the air and Jesse tells that he has to leave. Fiona is paying him by the hour. ..
