The scene opens with Jesse morning the death of Marv. Michael tells that Brennen called and tells that he wants to meet with Michael. Jesse tells that he is going to go with Michael, but Sam tells that is a bad idea because Jesse just lost a friend and his mind is not all there. Michael and Sam meet with Brennen and he tells that he has the list and wants Michael to work for him and kill the people who are on the list. Michael tells that he is not going to do it and Brennen tells that he has an audio tape with Michael telling all about Vaughn’s organization to a Federal Agent. He tells that if he doesn’t corroborate, then the file gets emailed to Vaughn and Michael and all his friends are dead. Brennen tells that he has the first number and Michael is going to have break into a courthouse to access the Federal database to get a name. He tells that Michael is going to be working with someone he knows. Larry, the spy with nine lives, comes in and Michael is surprised to see him.

Larry goes back with Sam and Michael and tells that he doesn’t mind killing off the people on the list and tells that Michael used to be like that too. Sam picks up a piece of rebar and attempts to hit Larry. Michael stops him and Sam whispers for Michael to get Larry’s cell phone number. Meanwhile, Jesse meets with Federal Agents and lies that Marv was working with the Sinaloa Cartel and tells that he was probably working a case. They leave and Madeline walks up to Jesse and asks who kicked his dog. Jesse tells that he feels bad that he had to lie about Marv and now his family is not going to know the truth. She tells that sometimes the truth is not always good. Larry and Michael arrive at the courthouse and Larry is ready to go in guns blazing. Michael tells that he has an easier way in which no one gets killed. He tells that he is going to need Larry’s cell phone to be able to get into contact. As they are walking up to the building, Michael texts the number to Fiona.
They enter the building and Larry is going to play the lawyer boss and distract the secretary. He walks in and asks for the documents on a case number. The employee doesn’t want to give him the files and Michael runs in telling him that he needs the files. They start to argue and the employee, in fear of losing his job, tells that he will go get the files. Larry and Michael go inside the room where the database is. They have 85 seconds to get in and out. Michael finds the name and Larry calls Brennen. Fiona and Sam are tracing the call and Brennen’s IP address keeps bouncing around. Inside, Larry tells Brennen that the first victim is Albert Machado. They run out of the room and the alarm is sounded. They go for the elevators. Security arrives as they are trying to leave. Larry and Michael start to argue to confuse security. Their plan works and they leave the building with the name and without getting arrested. They visit and celebrate their first part of victory with Brennen and he tells that he is going to frame the Filipino Separates Group. Michael tells that it would be better to frame them for abduction and grab Machado and interrogate him for information. Brennen tells that if he senses a tail on him, he will send Vaughn after him.
Meanwhile, Fiona and Sam find a shop where owner Alfredo sold the black market technology to Brennen. They sneak to the roof and set charges to blow out the vent. They jump down and surprise Alfredo. He tells that he sold the equipment, but now he is in fear that Brennen is going to kill him. At the Machado’s compound, Michael and Larry do a little recon to see what type of security he has. Larry tells that he is only making Brennen comfortable until it is ready to steal the list from him. Larry is happy. There are several armed ex-Rangers, a special ops team, guarding the premises. They go to Brennen and Michael tells that they are going to need a couple of days to watch shift changes to find out the best time to go in. Brennen tells that he is going to go in now and Michael is not happy about it. Brennen shows that he got them bullet proof vests because he cares of their safety. Larry and Michael have to make bombs that mimic the plans of the Filipino Separates Group. Meanwhile, Sam, Fiona and Jesse talk about what they are going to do with the fact that Brennen has the audiotape, Jesse tells that they are going to bust into where Brennen is and put a gun to his mouth. Fiona likes the plan.

They get to the address and realize that is where the list is being held, but it is surveillance very highly. They can’t just walk in and get the list. Meanwhile, Larry and Michael are on the compound and they set off the diversion and blast a hole in the wall. Michael and Larry separate and Michael calls Sam and asks how they are doing in getting to Brennen. Sam tells that they found the location of the list, they just need to get into it. Machado gets into a SUV and Michael is ready to abduct him and tells who he is. Larry appears and throws a charge inside the SUV. Machado dies and Michael is upset that Larry did that instead of abducting him like the plan was originally. Larry tells that Michael has lost his way and that he is the way back to Michael’s killing days. Michael tells that he knows where the list is. Larry tells that he knew that Michael was working an angle. Michael tells that they need to get the audio file from Bennen first. Larry tells that he will call Brennen.
They get to Brennen and Larry draws Michael’s gun on Michael and stabs Brennen. He tells that it doesn’t matter if Brennen is alive or dead to open a Biometric lock. He tells that he knows everything now and tells that Brennen’s problem was that he was thinking 10 moves ahead and didn’t focus right in front of him. Michael tells that there is nothing stopping Vaughn coming after him. Larry tells that Michael needs to call his friends and tell them that they are going away. Michael calls Fiona and tells them to get out of town and calls Fiona honey. Larry tells that they are going for a right. Fiona tells Jesse that “Honey” is a distress call that they used in Belfast. They know that they have to get to the list before Larry does. They arrive at the location and it is in a cinder-block wall. They set charges and take the safe out and throw it over the balcony. Before Larry and Michael get there, they disappear. Michael and Larry arrive and see that the safe is missing. Suddenly Larry has a red dot on his chest. Sam is across the way with a sniper rifle. He calls Larry and tells that he is going to let Michael go and wait for the police or he will die. Michael knows that Larry won’t shoot him and he leaves and tells that they are done doing business.

Fiona and Michael are packing and Michael tells that they are turning the list over to the government and they are going to help them with Vaughn. Fiona tells that they never talk about their future except when someone is trying to end it. They use a drill press to get into the safe. Madeline walks up to Jesse and asks if he is doing any better. Jesse tells that he feels bad that he didn’t call Marv’s family. Madeline tells that she called Marv’s daughter and told her that Marv died as a hero. She tells that she lied to help the family sleep at night. They get into the safe and pull out the thumb drive. They have four hours until Vaughn gets the email. Michael tells that they need to get some sleep because tomorrow is going to be a long day. The episode ends.
