The scene opens with Michael, Fiona, Sam and Madeline watching the footage. Mike’s phone goes off and it is Pearce. She tells him to meet her tomorrow for a critical CIA mission. The next day, Michael meets with Pearce and she tells that there is a drone attack weapon that is going to be sold to the Serbians and they have to get it before it is sold. Michael says that he needs a few things and will be able to get to the room. Using chalk for his hands, Michael climbs up by jumping to one balcony after another. He gets to the landing he needs to be and plants a mini explosive that shatters the door. The gunman comes out and Michael takes his weapon away from him and demands to know where the attack drone is. However, Michael sees that there is $1 Million in the room and the guy says that he already sold the drone to the Serbians.

Pearce and Michael go back to a hotel and Pearce talks to Manaro, her boss. He tells that he is going to pull in some Serbians to get them talking, but that will out their guy who is in with the Serbians. She tells that he has a family. Michael asks if this has happened before and Pearce says that she was involved with an asset and they were supposed to get married, but he was killed before that. Michael says that he has a plan to get the drone. Later, Fiona, Sam and Michael look at the Serbians in town and they are mean people. Fiona doesn’t like that they are going against them. Michael says that they are going to trick Carmelo Dante to go after the Serbs. Sam tells that Carmelo said that he will kill Michael next time he saw him. Michael says that he is going to have Sam go in. Fiona hates that plan, but Sam sees the necessity in it. Fiona tells that she will find out where the heroin shipment is. Fiona goes to see Sugar and he tells them where the shipment is. He says that people know where it is, but no one dares to rob Carmelo.
Meanwhile, Michael and Sam go to Pearce and she doesn’t like the plan. Sam says that he doesn’t like it either, but they are going to need some listening device where Michael can hear him as he makes the deal. She agrees, but says that he is going to have to sign for it. She tells that she has to tell Manaro about this. Sam tells Michael that he and Manaro have a rocky past with him and a CIA Mission that got a little sticky. Pearce gives Sam glasses that have a listening device installed with a long range on them. Pearce asks Michael about the progress of the case on Max’s murderer. Michael says that the process is still going and says that he will handle it soon. Michael and Fiona watch as Sam in a tow-truck wait for Carmelo’s men to drive by. Fiona shoots out their tire and then starts shooting the car. The men run off. Michael gets the heroin and Fiona makes it look like Sam was grazed by a bullet. Same lies on the ground as Michael and Fiona tow away the car. Carmelo arrives and finds Sam. He tells that Serbians are the ones they want. Carmelo tells Sam to lead him to them and puts him in the car. Fiona is worried and Michael is too.
Carmelo takes Sam to his place and Sam tells that he knows his reputation and says that he is not crazy enough to rob him. Sam tells that he will help Carmelo find the Serbians. Michael, Fiona and Jesse listen in and Carmelo says that he is by his side the entire time. Jesse asks why he is there and Michael says that he needs Jesse to convince the Serbs that Carmelo is a new enemy. Jesse pretends to be high and has him talk to the Serbs. He says that Carmelo was talking about Djovic, the Serbian syndicate leader and how they were going to rob them. They believe him and tell him to leave. Meanwhile, Fiona and Madeline are sent to the Court Records office and Fiona and Madeline pretend to be a southern family who had a man con them. Their sob story convinces the employee and she tells them to come back on Saturday to look through Drivers Licenses to find the man who broke Fiona’s heart. Back at the Serbian’s hangout, Sam tells them that they are armed. Michael and Fiona are there to start the gun fight. However, Carmello takes one of the Serbs and drives off.

At Carmelo’s compound, Sam waits to hear from what they got out of the Serb and one of the men says that he is talking about a Marina. Michael and Fiona get ready and Fiona tells that they need to get Sam out and Michael says that he will get the support. Michael goes in to see Pearce and she introduces Michael to Gabriel Manaro and Matt Bailey, two people who are not fans of Sam. Michael’s cry for help is not listened to because Sam is not critical to the case. Michael leaves and tells that it is going to be a long night. Meanwhile, Carmelo talks to Sam and says that someone is lying to him. Sam says that he can talk to the guy and get him talking. Fiona is not happy with Michael about the way he is leaving Sam in there, but says that she has to go to the Court Records with Madeline. They get to the offices and the employee that bought their sad story tells them that they have only a little bit. Fiona manages to limit their search to 86 people.
Sam talks to the Serb and says that the guy has the stuff at his place. The guy laughs and says that they can search his place. Sam tells the details of what is inside. Michael and Jesse get the stuff and get directions to the place before Carmelo and his men get there. When they do get there, Carmelo sees the stuff that Sam said and tells his men to “take care” of the Serb. Sam tells that he is free to go now, but Carmelo tells him that he is with him until he gets his drugs back. Carmelo tells his men to tell the other guys. They are going to the Marina. Michael goes into Pearce’s hotel and talks to Manaro and Bailey. He tells them to make the call and says that they CIA will only look like they are breaking up a gun fight and be able to get their drone. They still tell that they don’t want to and tell him to leave. Michael tells Pearce to keep the CIA off his back and says that he is going to handle it himself. Michael, Fiona and Jesse watch as Carmelo’s men arrive at the Marina. Carmelo and his men get into the Marina and there is only the drone and no drugs. Sam tries to tell that they ripped him off. Suddenly Michael comes in and tells Carmelo that he could either be a hero that found an attack drone, or a drug dealer that killed two CIA assets. He agrees with Michael’s plan.

Pearce, Manaro and Bailey arrive and find the drone in one piece and Sam tells that he is in the mood of multiple beers. Manaro and Bailey are upset, but Michael says that Carmelo is the only one who knows and Pearce says that as long as Carmelo has a reputation to protect, but Manaro and Bailey don’t like the story. They ask for the glasses and he lies and says that he lost them. Michael says that Sam owes him one and Michael owes Sam 50 of them. Later, Michael meets Fiona and Madeline and they tell Michael that he is taking big risks. He says that he doesn’t have much choice and agrees to put friends first. Fiona shows that the stand-in to frame Michael is Jacob Starky. Michael and Sam track him down and watch from a distance. They see him buy a Glock 9mm from an unknown person and Sam asks why he would need a gun. Michael says that things are going to get interesting. The episode ends.
