The scene opens with Sam and Jesse trying to get a hold of Michael and Sam tells Jesse to pull over to Mike’s loft. They see that the FBI is there already and Sam says that they can stop Pearce and the others to convince them of the truth. Jesse puts one of the convoy in a spin and they are at gunpoint. They tell Pearce that they have Tavian Korza at a location and Michael tells that he just needs one phone call and tells that this is her last chance and they need to find the killer. Pearce tells that they will go to Berkle Key. Later, Michael says that he can meet with Tavian and where a wire. Michael gets wired when Fiona comes in with handcuffs on. She tells that Tavian is ruthless and Michael says that he has to risk his life for this. She kisses Michael and tells him to come back to her.

Michael meets with Tavian and he reveals that he was the one who killed Max. Michael shows that he is wearing a wire and Michael says that this ends today. Tavian walks off the ledge and kills himself. Pearce walks Michael out of the Federal Building and says that he better stay close to his phone. Madeline walks up and tells that Michael has roots in Miami and one thing affects all of them. Later, Michael walks home to find Larry there. He asks how he got out of the Albanian prison. Larry says that he spent all of his money to get himself out and says that he has Michael’s backup gun. He says that Michael is going to help him break into the British Consulate. Larry says that he has a hostage with him. He opens the trunk and Anson, a psychiatrist for the DIA is inside. They go inside and Anson tells that his boss will give him the access codes and get them in. He says that it has to work because Larry has his wife. Larry shows video footage of Anson’s wife.
They get to the British Consulate and Anson gives the codes to Larry. Michael tells him that they are not correct and Larry checks them out with his phone. Michael gives Anson a box cutter that he got from the loft. He tells him to cut his way to the seat and go to Sam. Larry puts Anson back in the trunk and tells that they need to be together on this or Michael will get killed. Michael asks what they are doing and Larry tells that Michael is going to do all the work and says that it is only a security detail to move files around. They get inside and Larry tells the two security guards that he has to do some work. They question Michael and Larry vouches for him. They allow him to go. Meanwhile, Sam gets into the motel and Anson is there. He tells him what is going on and Sam tells him to relax and that they have it under control. Sam calls Fiona and tells her that Larry is back in town.
Back at the British Consulate, Larry tells that Michael is going to make a hole in the ceiling to get to the British Consulate office because if they were to open the door, security would be alerted. Michael picks up a screwdriver and thinks about using it on Larry and he reminds that he can turn Anson’s wife into liquid if he is not careful. Larry stages their need to be in the lab longer by telling that there is a leak. They tell the guards that they’re going to have to let them do their job on this. Meanwhile Sam and Anson get to Anson’s house to find it blown up. Fiona comes over and tells him that they were too late. Anson crumbles and is sad that Larry did this. Fiona says that he can’t believe that Larry is capable of this and tell that they need to know where Michael is being used by Larry. Anson tells the location of the Consulate. Back at the office building, Michael is getting through to the ceiling and Larry fishes for an apology and Michael says that he needs something to cover up and Larry tells him to go. Outside, Fiona tries to have the security guards open the doors, but they tell that they can’t allow it now. She tells Sam and Anson that they have to find another way in and Sam says that they can blast their way in.

Fiona puts a block of C4 on the elevator shaft when Larry calls. He tells that he never wanted to kill Michael and tells that he can see them all through the security cameras. Anson points out that Larry told them that he never meant to kill Michael. He says that Larry might have something planned to kill him no matter what. Michael gets into the Consulate and Larry tells him that all he has to do is put the folder in the right place. He tells that his friends are waiting outside and Larry hits Michael in the head with the metal box. Larry tells that Michael needs to clean himself up and not double cross him. Michael tells that he has to come in the vault with him because he won’t know that he changed the folders. Larry says that he can see his every move.
Michael gets in the room and uses the internet to get a dial tone. He uses the door to hide the view of the camera and obstructs the view of Larry. He tells Fiona to stay back and says that he is going to plant the file. However, Fiona tells that Michael found a way in for them. She pulls out a higher dose of C4 and plants it on a window and Larry opens the vault. Fiona shoots the window that Larry is at. It is bullet-proof, but she points at the C4. She sets off the bomb and blows up Larry. However, backdraft blows up the entire portion of the building. Michael comes out unharmed, but tells that she used too much and now the security guards are dead. She tells that she didn’t put any bombs in the lobby. They get back to the loft and Michael tells that the blast is not her fault and suddenly Anson comes in and tells that she did great with the tears. Michael and Fiona are confused. Anson tells that he was behind it all and says that he is the person that Michael couldn’t get in Caraca, framed Michael for murder and watched him tear down the operation that Michael was involved.

The next day, Michael meets with Pearce and she tells that Max’s murder is closed and says that Michael’s status with the agency and says that she is going to be Michael’s handler. Later, Michael and Fiona go to the beach. The episode ends with Anson coming up and tells that he was there in the beginning and that they wanted to use burned spies to do more. He says that he knows about Michael’s father and says that Madeline went with him to the sessions when he switched offices. Michael doesn’t like what Anson’s proposal and the episode ends.
