Michael says that they can break into a secured building to get the call logs that Anson is pinging off of. Michael and Fiona pay off a window washing company to get their contract at the building and set a charge on the platform that is hovering. The platform crashes into the window and Fiona gets to work on the file transfer. Michael tells her that people are coming and she tells him that she is done. The guards get in and find Michael and Fiona on the ground. Michael says that he is grateful they are alive and they are escorted out of the building. The security guard asks for their number and Michael tells him that the lawyers can handle all of that. He is weary for a moment, but when Michael mentions that security guards are not mentioned in any lawsuits, he lets them go. Fiona tells Michael that she is hungry now.

Later, Fiona and Michael trail one of the calls made by Anson to a house. They see a man get out of the car and it is Benny, Madeline’s boyfriend. Fiona tries to talk to him, but Michael says that Anson is probably spying on Benny. Michael says that he has to catch a cab and leaves Fiona to watch surveillance. Fiona tells him that he is going to have to tell Madeline about this. Michael goes to meet up with Pearce and she tells Michael that a scientist named William Resnik who has been ordering guidance chips and has been working with the Liberian company. She says that she wants Michael to bring in Sam and Jesse into this one because they might recognize Michael. Later, Michael, Sam and Jesse get to the Chemical Plant and he says that a Liberian company has rented out the space and that they are going to have to get inside somehow and see what is going on. Sam and Jesse get to the fence and the men tell them to leave the guidance chips with them. Sam says that they are important and go inside.

Once inside, they see that William Resnik isn’t running things, but instead, he is a hostage. Sam makes a distraction by looking at the missile. Jesse goes up to Resnik and tells him that they are from the CIA and that they are going to get him out of there. Resnik says that he is working for Joseph Kamba, a lunatic warlord because he has his daughter. Joseph comes in to see the test of the missile. Sam says that the chips are the wrong size and says that they can get the right chips tomorrow. Joseph says that he has until tomorrow and says that he is going to hold onto Jesse for insurance. Michael says that he will check that out and Sam is told that the CIA wants the specs for Resnik’s missile. Sam asks if she is joking and says that the first priority is getting out alive. Michael says that he has a way that can get the guns past the guards. Michael helps Sam disguise the M4s as camera equipment and puts them in the cases. Fiona calls Michael and says that Benny is acting like someone with training. Mike tells her that he wants her to check out a residence for him to.

Michael goes over to Madeline’s and tells her that Benny is spying on him through Madeline for Anson. She tells him that she doesn’t believe him and that if he is spying on Michael, she will plant the listening device herself. Benny gets in and invites Michael to the movies, but Michael says that he has to take care of something. He gets to Fiona and they look at the property that the Liberians rented. They see that there are four bodies. Fiona goes up and pretends to be a new neighbor. When she gets back, Michael says that Resnik’s daughter is at the top floor. Meanwhile, Sam arrives with the new guidance chips and tells Joseph that he needs to bring the truck inside. However, Joseph tells him that they can have men take the supplies in the compound. Sam tells Jesse that they have half a M4. Resnik says that he can’t delay the missile anymore. Sam tells Resnik that he is going to have to burn himself to get on the sidelines. He puts his hand over the burner and afterward, he blames it on a faulty burner. Joseph asks if they are playing a game. Jesse says that they know the equipment and Resnik begs him that they can do this. Joseph gives in to the deal and shakes Resnik’s burnt hand. He says that he has 2 hours.

Sam talks to Michael and he says that he can plant two M4s outside of the fence, but they need to find a way to get to the outside to get them. Sam goes over to Jesse and Resnik and tells them that they are going to have to create a malfunction. Jesse says that they can blame it on the electric fence. Meanwhile, Michael and Fiona bury the M4s just outside the fence. Inside, Resnik and Jesse work hard to get the missile to be ready so that they can have it malfunction. Joseph comes in and when they try to turn it on, it messes up. Jesse says that there must be some interference. They get outside and say that it is the electrified fence. Jesse suggests that he moves the fence and he agrees to do it. Madeline looks through Barry’s things and manages to find a file that has pictures of Michael. He has been spying. Barry comes home and Madeline says that she wanted to surprise him with food. She says that she left wine in the car and when he leaves, she plants the bug in his phone. Fiona and Michael get to the house to find it completely empty.

Meanwhile at the compound, Joseph shows that they have Resnik’s daughter and that they better not have any more mistakes. They get inside and Sam tells Resnik that they have a new plan. However, he doesn’t want to have to deal with that. Sam calls Michael and tells him that Resnik’s daughter is at the compound. Michael says that he needs to do a sabotage play and says that it is like Ukraine ’97. Sam tells that Michael is going to give them a show. Sam tells the guard that he needs to talk to Joseph. He gets taken in and says that he needs a moment alone. He says that they have been sabotaged. However, Joseph doesn’t believe him at first. Suddenly the gas main explodes and Sam tells Joseph that they need to go and salvage the situation. Resnik says that it is armed. He says that he will get Joseph out and Sam says that they are going to blow up the place. He says that they don’t know who is with them and who is against them. They go out and wait for the missile to go off.

Once outside, Joseph tells his men to go back to the compound. The explosion happens and Jesse and Sam get the M4s out of the dirt. They tell him to drop the gun and Sam punches him. Resnik and his daughter, Sophie, are safe and taken away. Pearce says that they didn’t make any friends with the CIA and says that they wanted the missile specs. Sam says that is the “Sam Axe Special”. Later that day, Michael and Madeline listen to the conversation that he and Anson talking. Benny asks when it is going to be enough.
