To get his mother to agree to tell him about a listening device planted in her house, Michael agrees to help his mother's friend get back the money she lost in a scam.

Meanwhile, he must team up with an unlikely ally named Vaughn to stop a looming terrorist threat that could be dangerous for a lot of people. But he quickly finds that no mission is without its price when he blacklists someone he did not even know.

46 :04x02 - Fast Friends

Michael meets Jesse, a recently burned counter-intelligence agent, when he saves him from getting killed by Ming Khan and Mr. Lee. After the ordeal, Jesse searches out the help of Michael and he helps him. Through trying to get in with Khan on a weapon's deal things go south and Michael has to improvise to get good with Khan and make sure that Jesse doesn't get killed in the process. The recently burned spy has moves to help him not get caught but for how long? Michael must show his skills and try to protect Jesse and the information that is in his head for Vaughn.

47 :04x03 - Made Man

Michael and his crew welcome a new team member. Jesse the newly burnt spy joins in and the first assignment is a dock that has connections with a criminal named "Cobra" and they bite a little more when they help Hank, a security guard at the docks, clean up the docks from the mobsters taking from the cargo. This involves a mob boss that wants more then just cookies and milk, he wants it all. The team takes this as an advantage and make sure that he is not going to hurt the docks again with the crime.

When an ex-CIA spy is in trouble, Michael sees that it is his duty to protect him from the Russian operatives that arrive at a spy convention. While Michael is protecting the ex-spy, Jesse is getting deeper into knowing who burned him and meets with his former employer. Michael has his hands full with controlling the information that is given to Jesse and protecting anyone from getting killed and Fiona is on the fence to whether or not back Michael and his "secret" any longer.

Michael, Sam, and Jesse must try to rescue Fiona when their plan to protect a wealthy business bigwig at his house party go horribly awry.

After being asked by the FBI to find an important witness to the FBI in a case, Michael must find the killer before he has the chance to kill his target. Along the way he has to pretend to be someone he's not to gain the trust of the assassin. Meanwhile, after turning down Vaughn to give him the Family Bible, Vaughn decides to switch tactics and attempts to offer someone's old job back if Fiona will give him the Family Bible.

54 :04x10 - Hard Time

Michael gets to meet the man he has been waiting for a long time and Simon tells him to listen to a cassette tape found at a cementery. Meanwhile, Sam's friend is in trouble which requires Michael to infiltrates a prison in order to protect an inmate with the little help from some friends in black. When they open the Simon's package of goodies, the tape has information that might persuade Michael to do something drastic.

55 :04x11 - Blind Spot

Michael and Sam get a doctored file to show to Jesse on Barrett and he takes it. They have a plan to draw Barrett out and for them to get the information they need. Meanwhile, Fiona and Sam help out a friend of Fiona's and take down a con man that proves to be a little bit more slippery then they thought. At the end of the episode, there is a twist that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

56 :04x12 - Guilty As Charged

Fiona attempts to find Jesse and convince him to meet with Michael. Meanwhile, Michael helps a criminal defense attorney rescue his daughter after she is kidnapped by one of his clients.

Michael tries to prevent a bombing arranged by a lawyer out for revenge against a local gang. Elsewhere, Michael and Jesse must track down a highly sensitive document that's been stolen.

When Michael's brother Nate comes for a visit, he is all business with the fact that someone of his acquaintance had some cars stolen. Meanwhile, Jesse and Sam arrive in Dominican Republic for the auction, but they have plans to make sure that there is not going to be an auction at all.

Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe

Before Sam Axe teamed up with Michael and Fiona, he was Commander Axe, U.S. Navy SEAL. The Fall of Sam Axe tells the story of how Sam went from respected Naval Commander to the man of mystery we've come to know on Burn Notice. On what will turn out to be Sam's last military mission, he is sent to the jungles of Colombia to investigate claims of a vicious terrorist organization known only as the "Espada Ardiente" (Flaming Sword). His mission: to determine whether U.S. military aid is necessary to deal with the threat. But when he arrives, things are more complicated than he'd imagined. He receives word that the rebels have targeted a small civilian clinic deep in the jungle. Sam must now save the clinic's doctors and patients from certain death. However, nothing is as it seems and the Espada Ardiente may not be the biggest threat Sam Axe faces.

When Barry's brother is framed for a server heist by a ruthless hacker, the team tries to track down her super-computer before it's too late.

Michael is involved in a CIA murder investigation; the team helps a former Army sniper.

When an attack drone is sold to the Serbians, Michael is called in to try to get it back. With the help of Sam, they stage a theft from a Drug King-Pin and frame the Serbs for it. However, when the situation is close to be compromised, Michael tries to lean on the CIA to help, but a feud between Sam and two CIA agents might blow their chance to save Sam in time.

Michael is called in by Sam when Elsa's friend has an ex-husband who has taken their son to a militia compound. Michael and Sam tell that they will get him back. Meanwhile, Jacob, the man who framed Michael, gets on the side of Michael and his team to try to track down Jacob's contact. One problem. The contact wants Jacob dead.

Fiona has to reunite with an old partner in crime against her wishes while Michael has to go on a secret mission with Pearce to find that it is a kidnap mission to secure very important documents. Madeline starts seeing a new man in her life.

When Fiona and Jesse are called to take a surveillance job for a group, they find that there is more then they suspected at first. Meanwhile, Sam and Michael find the man who was in the cover-up of Max's murder and all the information that goes with it.

When Michael is asked to help on simple hacking job, it turns for the worse when it really is a highjacking to get the bank details to a successful businessman.
