Episode Summary

On its regular run from LA to Vegas, a bus crashes, landing on top of a passing sports car and killing nine people. The dying driver of the bus tells the team that the steering went out without warning and that was what caused the bus to go out of control. Upon discovering that a recent parolee was on the bus is unaccounted for after the accident, the CSIs begin to suspect foul play.

(Grissom walks away. Nick reaches into his jacket pocket and pulls out a notepad and pen. He gives it to Greg.)
Nick: You're taking my notes. You didn't bring a warmer jacket?
Greg: No.
