For a season premiere of one of TV's top series, this was a very mediocre episode. I'm not the biggest fan of the whole Grissom-Sara thing, so that probably biased me slightly, but Grissom didn't seem to emotional over the whole situation. Hell, Nick seemed the most gung-ho in finding her. If someone I loved was kidnapped by a psycho killer, I'd be leading the search. That and it's unlike Grissom to go by the look in Natalie's eyes, not hard evidence.
I'm glad they wrapped up this whole miniature killer thing. I've almost had too much of that storyline. Hopefully now they can return to the science/investigation aspect of the series, not focus so much on the Grissom-Sara relationship ... but we all know that won't happen.
It was an intense episode and full of action. I'll give it that. But a little more investigating would be nice.
