Title: Goodbye & Good Luck
The title echoes Edward R. Murrow's famous closing phrase, "Good night, and good luck", which came from common British usage during the London/Luftwaffe Air Raids in the late 30s and early 40s, when people parted knowing that there was a decent chance that they might never see again.
