When a 911 call summons police to a bar fight involving a motorcycle gang, it turns out that a dead gang member was actually an undercover cop. Piecing together the evidence, the team realizes that the reason for the death may have been that the officer's identity had been exposed. In the meantime, the investigation also exposes a connection between Det. Brass and the widow.

Episode Quotes |
| |
David: Liver sticks 98, no rigor, lividity isn't fixed. They don't get much fresher. | Brass: No wallet, no ID, and apparently there were no eye witnesses.
Raymond: We have a packed club...nobody knows what happened?
Brass: When nobody knows nothin'... somebody knows somethin'. | Hodges: My first time in a biker bar. (sniffs) Mmm, what's that scent... beer, urine, sweat, vomit... death. | Det.Sam Vega: I tell these kids, you want to join a gang, you should join us. We're more powerful, we've got bigger guns... and we've got dental. | Catherine: Ahhh, Tonya, you shoulda listened to your mother... (she's photographing the biker's corpse, and the tattoo that says, 'Tonya') When I was in high school there was this guy... Mark... he had a motorcycle.
Al: Let me guess... your mom told you to stay away from him, but you were Romeo and Juliet riding around on 600 pounds of steel...
Catherine: Well, we had fun.(Al laughs) But I moved on. In fact, I didn't give bikers another thought until... years later. I'm in the ER with a hit-and-run victim, guy on a bike. He's a piece of meat in search of a pulse. The entire time I'm processing him, I never realized it was my Romeo.. he was that beat up. | Hodges: ...And now your boots (Jackass starts to take off his boots) When you're done with the fingerprinting the officer will take you into another room where he will collect the rest of your clothing.
Jackass: I ain't strippin'.
Hodges: I promise you jail scrubs are much cleaner and more flattering than the blood and grease-soaked homicide evidence that you're currently wearing. | Wendy: Well, that was stupid.
Hodges: Chivalry is not dead...
Wendy: No, but its nose is bleeding. |

Title: Hog Heaven
The term "Hog Heaven" is slang for a state of bliss or contentment, originating in the idea that pigs like to wallow in mud, hence, to them, a puddle of mud is "Hog Heaven". The term "hog" is also biker slang for their motorcycle. Since the murder central to the plot is of a biker, one would assume that he then might also wind up in "hog heaven". |
