10x19: Habeas Corpse (2) recap: The episode begins with Wolfe regaining his consciousness. He appears to have a broken lip and a dislocated jaw. He is thinking about a conversation he had earlier in the day; about the State Attorney and Eric calls it heavy duty, going after the State Attorney for planting evidence. Boa tells them that every case that Sam woks on gets thrown away. Sam hears that. She calls Boa a bitch and leaves. Wolfe too leaves, saying that he has better things to do. Actually he is going to have a conversation with Josh. Wolfe tells Sam that either Josh played them or it’s Sam who is cheating them. He leaves. Cut to the present, he finds Josh lying on the floor at a distance. He tries waking him up, but he realizes that it’s late; he is dead...
read more.10x18: Law and Disorder (1) recap: The scene opens at a night club where a girl walks around lightheaded. She has been drugged. She stumbles up to the bar when a man asks her if she is alright. Suddenly the girl stumbles out of the club and a man hits her. Frank gets on scene and has the driver take a Breathalyzer Test, but he turns out to be sober. Horatio gets there and the Medical Examiner says that she was poisoned and that she was dead before the car even hit her. Horatio calls for a lockdown on the club. Walter says that they have to interview the people at the club individually. Delko and Duquesne talk to the waiter and he says that he asks her if she needed another drink. Duquesne takes a call and confirms a meeting and Delko overhears it. They run the tests and can’t find anything on the glasses. Duquesne finds a purse in the trash. It is the victim’s and they ID her as Denise Banes. Delko says that he heard her on the phone and she says that she is not going for a Private Investigator job and for him not to worry...
read more.10x17: At Risk recap: The scene opens with a tennis match. Earlier the next morning, the Coach is finishing up practice. Ross, the janitor, comes up and tells him that there is a light in the locker room that is out and that it is kind of dark. He thanks him and goes to the shower. Suddenly he hears something. Something runs by with a growl. The coach realizes that he is locked in. A dog comes up and attacks him. Ross, the janitor, hears this and runs to help the coach. He takes the bar off the door and goes inside. The dog starts to attack him. Walter and Ryan arrive on the scene and tranquilize the dog. Outside, Horatio gets the details and they tell Coach Hopper that Ross is dead. Hopper is glad that it wasn’t him who died, but is sad that Ross is dead. Horatio asks him if he has anyone who knew his routine. He says that he doesn’t know...
read more.10x16: Rest In Pieces recap: The scene opens with a man coming out of the dirt on a beach. He manages to get out and calls out for a girl named Chelsea. He wonders the beach and stumbles out in the street. Later, Horatio and Walter arrive on the scene of the crime and Walter says that Kirk Armstrong was the man and he is going to the hospital. Horatio looks around and finds the girl Kirk was calling out for. She is dead. Tom says that the body they found is Chelsea Bartlett. They realize that this is the workings of Estavan Navarro and that it is his trademark killing in which they suspect him of doing, but lack evidence. A helicopter lands and disrupts the crime scene. Vina Navarro, grandmother to Estavan, is the disturber. She says that she owns the land and has every right to land on it. Vina says that she wants this case over and done because it is hurting her business. Horatio tells her that she needs to bring in her grandson then. She says that she will see what she can do...
read more.10x15: No Good Deed recap: The scene opens with a surfer returning to the shore. As he is nearing the shore, something hits his board from below and his board overturns, throwing him in the sea. Just then he sees a speed boat at a distance and waves at it for help. The boat speeds towards him…only to kill him. The body is washed ashore. The team examines the body. The victim is identified as Henry Duncan, aged 42. Looking at the angles of the wounds on his body, the team concludes that it is a murder. Caine infers that Duncan at first was trying to swim away from the boat. First his legs got stuck in the propeller. Then his body turned over. The boat man circled and came back, this time cleaving his neck. So, the boat is the murder weapon! Next we see the team fish out the killer boat...
