CSI: Miami: Delko for the Defense

The CSI team hunts for a man who wears a mask, breaks into people’s homes, forces them into making him breakfast, only to kill them afterwards, but their investigation takes a very unexpected turn when Eric Delko shows up at the crime scene on the other side of the law; witness for the defense. Not only does this make the investigation tougher to solve, the team must also face the personal challenges of working the case with Delko observing and documenting their every move.

When Valera was taking a blood sample from a suspect, she inserted the needle in his arm and then pushed in the plunger before pulling it out. That would have put air into his bloodstream and eventually killed him.
