Horatio is investigating the death of a twenty-seven year old woman who was found dead at the side of a pool, as she was shot two times in the head. He initially suspects that the victim was the target of a professional assassination, but his investigation is impeded when U.S. Marshalls and the FBI get involved. Meanwhile, Calleigh decides to talk to her father about his addition to alcohol.
