CSI: Miami: Blood Brothers

CSI is called in when a man had run over a model with his car while leaving a hotel. All of the evidence seems to imply that the man intentionally did so, and is obviously guilty, but government red tape throws a wrench in Horatio’s endeavors. Meanwhile, Horatio and Yelina discuss their feelings for one another.
