CSI is called in to investigate the death of a man who had apparently hanged himself in his condo, though evidence seems to suggest that the man was actually murdered. Things heat up when they discover that he was an anesthesiologist who had lost a patient a week prior, and Horatio begins to think that this may have been a crime of revenge.
